Description
At almost northernmost tip of the North Holland coast, not far from the town of Den Helder and amid the outstretched tulip fields, lies Julianadorp aan Zee.
Just behind the dunes, in a wonderfully idyllic spot is the "Villaparc Duynopgangh", a villa park consisting of 46 detached, thatched villas on a 500m2 großern landscaped ground. On a quiet location in the villa park lies the Villa SOGNO, which means in Italian DREAM. An appropriate name for this villa with so much charisma! A Villa really to feel good and dream away. The villa has two private parking spaces and two sun terraces. It is surrounded by hedges and has small dunes with its shell paths, all in harmony with nature, which provide an environment with plenty of peace and privacy. The Villa SOGNO is accommodate with its 120sqm spacious enough to 6 people and also luxuriously furnished. Eyecatcher is the built-in fireplace (gas) in the living room. The house has 3 bedrooms with quality box-spring beds and 2 bathrooms (1 with bath) and separate toilet with sink. In the upper floor there is a stair gate for child protection and also have a child / baby cot and highchair available.

Location and surroundings of object
Just like you imagine Holland: between 30km long dunes (region with most sun hours of Holland) and the so typical tulip fields located Julianadorp aan Zee.
In idyllic village you will find everything you need: shops, supermarkets (ie Aldi, Lidl), bank, pharmacy, doctor, baker, excellent fish shop, cafés and restaurants. From fast food through to gourmet food and children's restaurant.
Not for nothing was the place with the 'Blue Flag' (highest level for the environment and quality of the sea water - according to the ADAC 'very good'!) Excellent.
Also kilometer bike and hiking trails through the beautiful dunes, forest and nature reserves nearby invite you to tours.

| The weekly period runs from Saturday (from ) until Saturday (). The rental prices include electricity / gas / water and internet. Endcleaning Charges: 80 euros, Tourist tax: 1,27 Euro per day/person and deposit 150 Euro. It is allowed to bring own sheets and towels, these can also be obtained at the front desk for a fee (10 euros per person for linen and 10 Euro per person for towel package). Children / baby cot, highchair, carts and bicycles (3 for adults) are available for guests at no cost. |

Free cancellation possible up to 42 days before the arrival date.
You can book without any problems; If you are unable to start your vacation due to travel restrictions, simply rebook and the rent will be credited. The rebooking in the amount of the rental price is valid for all seasons and has no expiration date.

Already booked multiple times, highly recommended.
The Villa Sogno offers all the comforts for a relaxing vacation. The property is very well-maintained, and the house impresses with its very good location. In just a few minutes, you can reach the beach, shopping options are also nearby, and yet the property is quietly situated. We have been to Villa Sogno several times and feel very comfortable here. The landlords are very nice and open-minded. Both are very concerned about the well-being of their tenants. We will definitely come back!

Family vacation
The house with several terraces is very beautiful and quietly located. The furnishings are modern and comfortable.
2 of the 3 bedrooms with double beds are very spacious with enough space to store laundry.
In the kitchen, all kitchen utensils were available in sufficient quantity. There was nothing missing. The washing machine and the dryer are housed in a separate room.
We were able to store our 3 e-bikes in the lockable wooden shed. We felt very well taken care of and can really recommend this accommodation without hesitation. We will definitely go there again.

Family vacation
The landlords were very friendly, always helpful and easy to reach. We felt very comfortable in the house. It was clean and the equipment was really great. We didn't miss anything! The location (shopping and going to the beach) was also really good.

Everything alright?
We felt very comfortable at Villa Sogno. In advance, there was a very nice contact via email and upon arrival, we were greeted with a great welcome gift from the landlord.
Villa Sogno is very clean, the furnishings are lovingly done, and there is nothing missing.
There is even a great play area for children, you don't need to bring any toys, everything is really available.
In the kitchen, you can find everything you need, everything is in perfect condition.
You can reach the sea in about 500m.
For shopping, you need about 10 minutes by car.
Excursions are all easily accessible.
We would definitely go on vacation there again??

Super
The house was lovingly furnished. Everything there that the heart desires. To enjoy the peace and make long extended bicycle tours...great. Quiet location and still close to everything. We would come back anytime and will also recommend it further.
