The house offers space for 6 people on two levels. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two separate beds. All bedrooms have their own TV. The large shower room is also on the upper floor, directly next to the infrared sauna for 1-2 people. On the ground floor you will find the bathroom with shower, the large kitchen and the large living room with a window front extending over the entire width and the terrace in front of it. In the living room you will also find the dining area, the wood-burning stove and an Xbox One to pass the time in bad weather. The terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and, of course, a barbecue. The property is fenced off for dogs. In front of the house there are 3 parking spaces on the property. The whole house has external shutters.

Location and surroundings of object
The property is located in Dahme on the Baltic Sea. It is a corner plot, which means that you can almost hear nothing of the other half of the house. Since the entrance and the driveway are from two different streets. The beach is only a 3 minute walk away. You can see the dyke from the house. At the beach, you can choose between the dog beach on the right and the beginning of the promenade on the left.

Cancellation terms:
The resignation must be made in writing and comes into effect with the receipt of the declaration by the landlord. If the tenant cancels the contract at least 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, a processing fee of 20% of the rental price will be charged. In case of cancellation up to 5 weeks before the start of the rental, the landlord retains the deposit made, or the claim to the deposit. If the tenant cancels up to 21 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the rent will be charged. If the tenant cancels later than 21 days before the start of the rental, 98% of the rental price will be charged. If the landlord re-rents the rental property for the full rental price to someone else after the tenant cancels or does not start the rental, any amounts exceeding the 20% processing fee obtained through rental income will be waived or refunded to the tenant.
