The house offers space for 6 people on two levels. There are 3 bedrooms, two equipped with double beds and one with two separate beds. All bedrooms have their own TV. The large shower room is also on the upper floor, right next to the infrared sauna for 1-2 people. On the ground floor, you will find the small shower room, the large kitchen, and the large living room with a window front extending across the entire width and the terrace in front of it. The living room also includes the dining area, the wood stove, and an Xbox One for entertainment during bad weather. On the terrace, there are garden furniture and sun loungers, and of course, a grill. The property is dog-friendly and is fenced approximately 150 cm high. There are 3 parking spaces on the property in front of the house. The whole house has external shutters.

Location and surroundings of object
The property is located in Dahme on the Baltic Sea. It is a corner plot, which means that you can almost hear nothing of the other half of the house. Since the entrance and the driveway are from two different streets. The beach is only a 3 minute walk away. You can see the dyke from the house. At the beach, you can choose between the dog beach on the right and the beginning of the promenade on the left.
