Our comfortable flat house is located 10 minutes' walk from the harbour, the beach and the old town. In your holiday flat "SONNENBLUME" you will dream under a little sky in both bedrooms. Fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher and electric cooker with oven. Large bathroom with shower, WC, window. Parking space on the property. Sitting area/barbecue in the courtyard. The spacious flat offers space for 4-6 pers. who want to spend their holiday close to the water and also in the city centre
The climatic health resort Waren with its approx. 20,000 inhabitants is situated in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District surrounded by idyllic countryside and directly on the Müritz, the largest inland lake in Germany. The many lakes offer plenty of opportunities for bathing and water sports, as well as relaxation with leisurely walks along the water. Cycling tours through the Müritz National Park are very popular with guests of all ages. The town harbour with its bars invites you to end the day

How to get here
Take the A 19 motorway from Rostock, Hamburg or Berlin, exit Waren and then follow the B 192 road for about 20 km until you reach the town
In the middle of the town on a large plot with parking spaces (1 parking space per flat) and seating areas with barbecue facilities in the courtyard and small garden. The 100 year old house has recently been completely renovated. In 10 minutes you can reach the harbour, the old town and the bathing beach at the Volksbad (free of charge).
Several bicycle rentals, cinema, the Müritzeum and bakeries can be reached in a few minutes

Sommerurlaub in Waren
Waren is a gem. The Müritz and the beautiful historic town are always worth a visit! The lovely apartment is equipped with everything you need for a holiday, and even if something is missing, the landlords are friendly and helpful. Despite its location on the street, it is quiet due to the well-insulated windows, and the main bedroom faces the courtyard, which also has cozy seating areas for breakfast coffee. Thank you for the excursion tips.
