This modern and cozy holiday home is located in the beautiful village of Egmond aan Zee. Situated 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Egmond, 2 minutes from the North Holland dune area, and 10 minutes from the lively and vibrant village of Egmond aan Zee.
This holiday home is available throughout the year because even in winter, before or after the season, our coast is also beautiful and Egmond with its nature and catering provides a wonderful stay! The house has been recently modernized and is decorated with the theme: Beach, which gives it a trendy and cozy atmosphere. This house can accommodate up to 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. (with a crib for small children up to 5 people.) Downstairs is the cozy living room with adjoining kitchen. Also downstairs is the bathroom with toilet and shower. The upper floor is one space, the two double beds are separated by a wall and open passage. There is a terrace at the front of the house with a sitting area.

The location could not be more perfect. At an ideal distance from the beach and the center of Egmond aan Zee. Yet in a quiet neighborhood, which often makes parking manageable even in the peak season. Of course, parking is included with the property and therefore free for you as a guest.

It is a nice and cozy small apartment.
Well suited for 2 adults and 2 children.
What is also nice is that there is a washing machine including a dryer.
Beautifully furnished and delivered clean.

Location of the house!
The second installment payment for the accommodation was not taken into account. I was reminded of this and corrected it with shock and much effort.
The location of the house was not as described! Neither the city nor the beach was within walking distance for me. No dishwasher in the house!
The hot water did not work on the second day. It was fixed within 2 hours, which did not change the fact that a cold shower was required beforehand.

Great vacation!
Our landlords were uncomplicated, very friendly, and all questions were always answered immediately. The house is small but cozy, everything you need is available. Heating and water work perfectly. The washer-dryer is great (for a vacation with children). It's very nice that you can reach the beach and all shopping options on foot from there.
recommend for: holiday with children, holiday without car, holiday for singles, beach holiday, romantic holiday

Holiday home for feeling good
We spent a week in Egmond and felt very comfortable at Strand83. The summer house was clean and nicely furnished. The toaster could use an update, but otherwise no complaints. However, the stairs are very steep, not recommended for people with mobility limitations. We quickly got used to the stairs. The landlords were also very friendly.
