**The Space**
The house features a bright living room with a comfortable sitting area, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a garden. There is one bedroom with a double bed. In the front room there is a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
Outside there is a sheltered garden with a terrace and garden furniture, perfect for breakfast in the sun or a relaxing evening after a day at the beach. Parking is available directly at the house or nearby.
**The Location**
The holiday home is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of the dunes, the beach, and the lively center of Egmond aan Zee with shops, restaurants, and cafés. From the house you can walk straight into nature, or take a day trip to nearby cities such as Alkmaar or Bergen.
Hotel Zuiderduin is only 300 meters away, where you can enjoy various facilities such as bowling alleys, fitness/squash, pool tables, slot machines, dartboards, and an extensive wellness area with sauna and swimming pool. In addition, there are sights in Egmond such as the local museum, the lighthouse, and the charming shopping street.
