Description
A one-bedroom flat with a small kitchen in a house about 300m from the sea and 400m from the centre of the village.
The balcony of the flat overlooks a very overgrown garden with olives, figs, oleander and pomegranates, and a bit of the sea.
Actually, the flat resembles a tree house, because it is situated next to a big old pine tree and there are many views into the greenery. You can also see our little road from which you turn to the car park in the courtyard.
Guests have their own entrance and there is only one other holiday flat in the house, house is quiet.
The flat is ideal if you want to get to know our area in a relaxed and individual way in addition to the beach walks. If you need tips for this, I am happy to help / I work as a tour guide in the spare time and would have some tips.
The flat is small, friendly and functionally furnished for guests who want to enjoy the sea and the area.
In the village you can get fresh fruit and vegetables from the nearby nature park at the green market, and in Pirovac they traditionally sell wine / we have interesting hinterland with vineyards and farms. Whether by ferry, bicycle or car you can do and discover a lot and still quickly feel at home in our small street. Bed linen, towels and WLAN are included. Air conditioning, if you decide at the beginning that you need air conditioning, is 5 EUR/day.

Location and surroundings of object
In an alley at the end of the waterfront and only up to 20 m from the sea. The location is beautiful for beach gear (already in 50m begins the beach), but also for shopping and close to restaurants. If one seeks quiet places in the high season, puts on the coast in front of the house a Personenschiffchen, which moves to the next car-free island, from.
Garden of the house is free for to share, it is not located directly at the house but about 30-50m away (toward the beach).

Perfect retreat for a break in nature.
A small but lovely apartment with a cozy feel in a quiet environment with a breathtaking view of the sea. I will definitely come back! Thank you for the wonderful time!

A perfect apartment for me!
A really nice, super clean, well-equipped accommodation. I felt comfortable here from the first second.
The hostess is a very nice, uncomplicated landlord who can be reached quickly via WhatsApp. Is there with help and advice. Knows a lot of tips.
A shady parking space is available, by arrangement, directly in front of the house or in front of the property.
In Pirovac there are several small grocery stores, bakeries and plenty of gastronomy. A large supermarket chain is about 3km away.
In the 17 days, I was able to implement many tips from Mrs. Stief-Musec. There are countless beaches. Depending on the priorities you choose for yourself. If you don't just like lying on the beach like me, you can go to larger cities like Sibenik. Or visit the countless islands, canals, bridges, sights, viewpoints nearby. I also did a few bike rides and hikes. And above all, I enjoyed looking at the sea from the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee.
A wonderful start to the day!
I was able to switch off from everyday life very well.
Thank you very much for the relaxing time out!

place of well-being
The apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished. Even though it's small, I found everything I needed in terms of amenities. From the balcony, I could see the sea. Since I was there in the height of summer, it was very pleasant that the trees in the garden provided shade. The beach and town center are just a short walk from the apartment. Mrs. Stief-Musec is a wonderful host, always helpful, and very interested in making her vacation guests feel comfortable.

Everything wonderful!!! Price-performance ratio TOP!!!!
We had a wonderful time in Croatia. The accommodation is super suitable for 2 people. There is a bedroom with enough storage space and a comfortable large double bed. In the small but nice kitchen you will find everything you need. You can have breakfast on the terrace and also spend the evenings outside.
The location of the house is great - quiet, but within a few minutes you can reach everything. The town of Pirovac is idyllic, as it was for us. You can find everything you need - small shops, bakeries, various restaurants, a small harbour - fantastic.
The hostess is very nice and helpful. She gave us lots of tips, which we also used and thus discovered many great places. Thank you very much for that.
So... we were satisfied with everything and would recommend the accommodation to others.
We had rented the holiday flat again this year, but unfortunately we had to give up our holiday for family reasons. But next year we will definitely come to Purovac again.
