Brilliant big villa, enough rooms for the big groups
The pool area is fantastic , lovely big pool with sun all day. Location is excellent only a one minute walk from shops , restaurants and big beach .
Our host was extremely friendly and very hepful.
Also a very nice and large terrace with big table to eat around and outdoor sofa to relax on

Family home with a pool
Baths are undoubtedly a great advantage. The town itself is very pretty with a large selection of bars, restaurants, and cool evening events. The facilities vary in different apartments - some are older, some newer. Overall, I recommend it for families with children.

Do Villa Marija v Pirovci jezdíme každý rok, protože jsme moc spokojeni se službami majitelů. Dům je v centru a minutu pěšky od pláže. Rezervujeme si vždy dva apartmány v přízemí, které mají společou terasu. Jezdíme sem už osm let, všem doporučujeme!!!

Unterkunft nicht empfehlenswert!
Die ganze Unterkunft ist veraltet, seit Langem wurde hier leider nichts investiert, die Eingangstüren in allen Appartements fallen fast raus, die Duschkabienen sind undicht, die Küche in den unteren Appartements viel zu klein, alles ist verdreckt. Das versprochene Gemüse und die Visitenkarte sind auch nicht vorhanden. Das einzig Gute ist die Nähe zum Strand, allerdings dauert der Weg bis dahin mehr als fünf Minuten.
Ein Tipp an den Vermieter : bitte die Beschreibung und die Fotos des Hauses im Internet aktualisieren, damit die Gäste sich nicht verarscht fühlen.
Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen.

Co roku spędzamy wakacje w tym domu. Apartamenty są czyste i ładne. Plaża jest bardzo blisko,a dla dzieci jest idealna. Uwielbiamy widok z tarasu. Przyjeżdżamy znowu!

We stayed with our 2 children in the flat at the top. president site. It had a separate bedroom and a double bed in the living-dining area. The kitchen was well equipped. Wifi was available, but the reception was not so good. The location is close to the village and the beach
The woman who lives downstairs in the house for new bed linen does not speak German and English, she was very nice and helpful but that made it a bit difficult at times
Pirovac is wonderful as a starting point to visit great old towns. Zadar, Murta (wonderful bay!!!) Trogie, Sibenic, Nerja... Lidl is easy to reach by car. There are secluded bays everywhere and nice and tasty restaurants in the village.

Perfect holiday
We would like to thank the sweet grandma who took very good care of us during our stay at Villa Marija. She brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from the front garden every day.
We booked the flat "President" with a beautiful sea view. The beach is only 1 minute away from the flat.
The owner of Villa Marija has a restaurant where we as guests got 10% off the food. We recommend everyone to spend their holidays at Villa Marija, we will definitely come back.

Polecamy wszystkim dwa apartamenty na parterze
Polecamy wszystkim dwa apartamenty na parterze szczególnie rodzinom z ma³ymi dzieæmi. Apartamenty s± nowe, czy¶ciutkie i komfortowe, a przed nimi znajduje siê wielki taras, na którym nasze dzieciaki bawi³y siê ca³ymi dniami. Generalnie, willa znajduje siê w ¶wietnym miejscu w Pirovcu, bo do najbli¿szego sklepu jest dos³ownie 10 kroków, a pla¿a zaledwie 100 metrów. ¦wietne jest to, ¿e dzieciaki mog± sobie same chodziæ na pla¿ê i z powrotem, bo na tym odcinku nie je¿d¿± auta. Polecam gor±co! :)

Wonderful. Highly recommended
We arrived in June and booked President Apartment. It was a hit!
The Jerkunica family in Pirovac was very hospitable and helped us find our way around. The flat was super equipped and it was barely a minute's walk to the beach. June was warm, the sea was crystal clear, but there were not too many people, we enjoyed our holiday very much. We will definitely be back.
