The ground floor apartment Seerose offers 60 m² of living space and accommodates up to four people. The spacious living room is furnished with a corner sofa, armchairs, television, DVD player, radio, and satellite TV, inviting you to relax together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer combination, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, and toaster – ideal for preparing family meals. The spacious property offers numerous sunbathing lawns and seating areas. A barbecue terrace with grill is available for sociable barbecue evenings. Children can enjoy a separate playground with a large play area, which includes a seesaw, climbing tower with slide, various swings, a large trampoline, soccer goal, and sandbox.

Only 800 meters from Haus Seewind lies the beautiful North Sea dike, along which stretches the approximately 2.5 kilometer long “Trischendiekstrand.” This new bathing beach offers something for everyone: a family-friendly area, a separate dog beach, as well as a nudist beach. Here you can fully enjoy the sea – whether swimming, sunbathing, or taking long walks along the coast. Also only 800 meters away is the newly designed spa park with a large festival ground, where the popular "Deichfestivals" take place in July and August. In addition to the festivals, various events are held here throughout the year, and there are also numerous playgrounds and a soccer field for children to let off steam.
Haus Seewind is nestled in rural nature on a spacious 2. 800 m² plot of land, directly adjacent to fields and meadows – ideal for those seeking peace and nature lovers. Only 4 kilometers away is the seal sanctuary at the old harbor of Friedrichskoog, a popular excursion destination for young and old.
For active guests, Haus Seewind is the ideal starting point for cycling tours, hikes, or trips by car. Explore the lock systems of the Kiel Canal in Brunsbüttel, visit the lively fishing town of Büsum with its family lagoon, or stroll through the charming Dutch town of Friedrichstadt with its picturesque canals. Tönning with its town harbor and the impressive Eider Barrage, St. Peter-Ording with its famous 12-kilometer-long sandy beach including stilt houses, as well as day trips to the North Sea islands of Sylt, Amrum, Föhr, the Halligen Langeneß and Hooge, or to the island of Helgoland, are easily accessible from here.

During the peak summer season from 24 June 2023 to 09 September 2023, the holiday flat can only be booked by the week and arrival is only possible on Saturdays. Outside the holiday periods (Easter, summer, autumn and Christmas holidays), the flat can be booked for 2 nights or more. Dream vacation
If you want to give your children an carefree vacation, you have to go to Rosi and Jörg. A well-maintained holiday complex with countless play options for children. Warm-hearted landlords and a fantastic location. We will definitely come back.

The perfect vacation
Thank you very much for these unforgettable vacation days. Everything was really top-notch. The apartment was very cozy, well-kept, and clean, the huge garden with playground and barbecue area, as well as the huge playhouse with foosball, are simply the best. There was really nothing missing. And the hosts are just as perfect.

Very nice vacation apartment. Very clean and well-maintained. The furnishings have been done with a lot of attention to detail. Ideal for families with children, but also a very nice accommodation for everyone else. The landlords are very kind people and very helpful. Absolutely and definitely recommended.

Friedrichskoog, a place that is a bit sleepy, away from the mass tourism resorts and yet centrally located, inspired us to rent out holiday flats. in 2016, we decided to put all our heart and soul into making sure that you can really enjoy the best time of the year, your holiday, with your family. in 2019, our house was awarded the "Kinderplus" classification by the Schleswig-Holstein Tourism Association as an accommodation property with special suitability for travellers with children.
