Description
Haus Seewind was awarded the "Kinderplus" classification in 2019 by the Schleswig-Holstein Tourism Association as an accommodation property with special suitability for travellers with children.
The approx. 60 m² holiday flat Seerose on the ground floor for up to 4 people is equipped with a living room with satellite TV and radio, a modern kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a shower with level entrance, WC and hairdryer.
There is a built-in wall safe for your valuables.
The apartment has its own entrance and a terrace with garden furniture.
Haus Seewind with its 4 holiday flats (Seerose, Seebär, Seestern and Seepferd) is situated on a plot of approx. 2800 m²
There is also an additional barbecue terrace with grill on the huge property with sunbathing lawn and many seating options
For our younger guests there is a private playground with a large play area with a seesaw, climbing tower with slide, several different swings, large trampoline, football goal and sandpit.
There is also a large playhouse of approx. 29 m² with a football table, dartboard and many other play facilities.
A wooden house with a sauna for up to 6 people with its own bathroom with shower and toilet is also located in the garden (sauna use for a fee).
There is an extra bicycle shed for your bicycles.
There is plenty of free parking directly at the house.
For your walk on the beach, there are trolleys available free of charge.
If you don't want to bring so much laundry with you, or if you want to do some washing in between, there is a communal washing machine and dryer available in our laundry room (washing machine and dryer for a small fee).
You can also book our linen package (bed linen, 1 large towel and 2 small towels) up to 1 day before your arrival. Please bring your own towels for your beach stay.
Free Wi-Fi is available for you in all 4 holiday flats.

It is only about 800 m to the beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze with a family and dog beach.
The house is located in rural nature bordering fields and meadows
It is only about 4 km to the well-known Friedrichskoog seal sanctuary or the Willi Wal indoor play park.
From Friedrichskoog you can quickly reach nearby Brunsbüttel on the Elbe where the Kiel Canal begins. Here you can watch the big "pots" being locked. With a bit of luck, you might even see a huge cruise ship.

| Due to the very high energy costs, we charge from 08.01.2023 (until further notice) we will charge an energy surcharge of 2,50 € per person and night. This is included in the above seasonal prices. We ask for your understanding. A deposit of 20 % of the rental amount is due within 2 weeks after receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. During the peak summer season from 24 June 2023 to 09 September 2023, the holiday flat can only be booked by the week and arrival is only possible on Saturdays. Outside the holiday periods (Easter, summer, autumn and Christmas holidays), the flat can be booked for 2 nights or more. For bookings of 2, 3 or 4 nights plus € 25.00 (flat rate) short stay surcharge. Visitor's tax in the North Sea spa Friedrichskoog: 1. May until 30 September 2,50 € 1. Wir versuchen die stornierte Wohnung neu zu vermieten damit die Kosten für Sie so gering wie möglich gehalten werden können. Können wir die Ferienwohnung in dem von Ihnen stornierten Zeitraum neu vermieten, ist die Stornierung nach Einbehalt der geleisteten Anzahlung für Sie erledigt. Sollten wir die Ferienwohnung in dem von Ihnen Stornierten Zeitraum nicht wieder neu vermieten können, erhalten Sie nach dem von Ihnen gebuchten Abreisedatum von uns eine Stornorechnung in Höhe von 90 % der Mietsumme, die Innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab Rechnungsdatum an uns zu bezahlen ist (Sollten Sie eine Reiserücktrittversicherung haben, können Sie ggf. die Rechnung bei Ihrer Versicherung einreichen). Ihnen ist der Nachweis gestattet, dass ein Schaden überhaupt nicht entstanden oder wesentlich niedriger ist als die Pauschale. Ein Rücktritt des Vermieters vom Mietvertrag wegen Nichteinhalten eines Zahlungszieles durch den Feriengast wird als Stornierung des Mietvertrages durch den Feriengast mit oben genannten Folgen gewertet.

Dream vacation
If you want to give your children an carefree vacation, you have to go to Rosi and Jörg. A well-maintained holiday complex with countless play options for children. Warm-hearted landlords and a fantastic location. We will definitely come back.

Der perfekte Urlaub
Vielen Dank für diese unvergesslichen Urlaubstage. Es war wirklich alles Top. Die Wohnung sehr gemütlich, gepflegt und sauber, der riesige Garten mit Spielplatz und Grillplatz sowie dem riesigen Spielhaus mit Kicker ist einfach nur vom feinsten. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Und die Gastgeber sind genauso perfekt.

Tolle Unterkunft
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Ganz sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail erfolgt. Für Familien mit Kindern optimal, aber auch für alle anderen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Vermieter sind ganz liebe Menschen und sehr hilfsbereit. Uneingeschränkt und unbedingt zu empfehlen.
