Since this large villa was among the first in Salina Sicca, they can with amazing, tranquil location boasts: embedded in the shady green of Uferpineta, barely 90 meters from the sea!

Villa Dolores consists of a detached house of a large villa, in the well-equipped private apartment of the owner is located, which is occasionally rented on request. In the other completely separate house are 2 smaller apartments. If necessary, the entire villa can be genmietet she then has space for 13 persons.

The apartment offers entrance porch, large living-dining room with 2 beds, open fireplace, satellite-TV, exit to the garden veranda, kitchen (granite countertops), bathroom (shower masonry); an internal staircase leads to the upper floor: a double room with a veranda, 2 bedrooms, EZ (if necessary with bunk beds) with veranda, bathroom (shower masonry); a small solarium roof terrace provides views of the pine forest, by the shimmering blue of the nearby sea.

The equipment is plentiful and tasty (nice wooden interior doors, terracotta floors ...); separate entrance with parking space, outdoor shower.
A washing machine in a separate laundry room can be shared.

Villa Dolores is located in the stunning countryside:
Capo Comino - Cala Liberotto - Golfo di Orosei - Dorgali - Cala Gonone
A few km after S. Lucia follows the rocky coast of Capo Comino with cliffs, small islands and fragrant maquis. Behind it again a wide sandy bay, which is famous for its sand dunes and is contrasted by the unusual landscape of the Supramonte: Sena e Sacchitta. Although the group of houses is small and peaceful, supermarket, bar and restaurant can be found.
A real insider tip is the wonderful, sandy beach Berchida, reachable only via a 4 km of unpaved road. This beach is lonely, quite unknown, behind only fragrant maquis.
Cala Liberotto and the smaller neighboring Salina Sicca are small villas places right on a fantastic coast: small to very small, intimate sandy coves between rocky reefs, crystal clear water and dense, lush riparian vegetation, behind very few old cottages, including our Villa Dolores; the hinterland solitary and magnificent mountains!
Individual shops and restaurants are available, nearest town is Orosei. The houses are located in a peaceful and idyllic fragrant woodland.
South of Cala Liberotto we reach the level of Orosei, then the coastal road winds in the Wine Centre Dorgali up, shortly after a detour leads prior to the coast at Cala Gonone - a popular little place in a secluded fantastic location! The 800 m high coastal mountains surrounds a bay of rich vegetation: silvery olive, dark green oaks and scrub in front of white rock, narrow beaches, south cliff, perpendicular crashing rocks, between the most beautiful sandy beaches of Sardinia (Cala Fuili, Cala di Luna, Cala Sisine. ..Cala Goloritze). The town itself has all the utilities, yes, he even has a certain chic; the marina and tourist port establishes the connections to the mentioned coves.
