VILLA TUGARKA is a lovely decorated house that has been finished in June 2016 and offers you 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning: one with queen bed 160x200cm and TV , another with queen bed 160x200cm with en-suite and entrance from outside, one bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200cm and exit to the balcony, air-conditioned living room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace, together with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with toilet and shower, washing machine and dryer. On the closed balcony there is an orbitrek and a bench with weights, as well as a pilates ball.
Outside there is a pool of 30 m2, a sun deck between few olive trees, outdoor dining furniture next to the barbecue, a wooden house with toys and a play station.
This house is the best option for families or a group of friends.

VILLA TUGARKA newly furnished, beautiful villa situated in a small village Tugare famous for cherries that grow in this area. You are within walking distance of a bakery, small store, two bars, all 40 meters away and the neighborhood is very friendly and safe.
You are only 8 km or 10 min driving far from the most beautiful sand and pebble beaches with the cleanest sea in Omiš where you also have a lot of great restaurants, and important to mention only 21 km or 30 min driving far from famous town Split, so you are in a quiet and rural area but close to everything to fill your experience in Croatia best way.
Split-Dalmatia County is an area rich in diversity where low green islands complement the coast and add amazing nautical and cultural experiences, historical city-centers and archaeological sites under UNESCO protection, in addition to the green heart of the Dalmatian hinterland, where life flourishes along rivers, in mills, and in fields, not to mention the traditional culinary delights of the region. Villa Gabriella is in the middle of all mentioned.

There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, sailboats... and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!

Fabulous Stay at Villa Tugarka
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Tugarka. From the moment we arrived we felt it was a real home from home, largely due to the warmth and hospitality of the owner Zeljana and the overall standard of accomodation. We are a family of 4 with two boys aged 9 and 12.
The villa has everytjing you need and is furnished to a very high standard. Everything has been thought about and Zeljana was on hand immediately we had any questions or to offer advice. The Villa is in a small village but the supermarket, bakery, coffee shop and pizzaria means you have a lot within two minutes walking distance. The villa is in a good location to explore the area and the nearby seaside town of Omis is only a 15 minute drive away. Omis is a a busy town with plenty of restaurants and a nice beach in the centre. The river Cetina is a picturesque backdrop and makes for a scenic drive into the town from the villa.
During our stay we did the rafting which was great fun. We had some lovely days out at Split, Trogir, Krka National Park and the Makarska riviera. All highly recommended. The location of the villa puts them all within easy reach by car.
After a busy day out we always looked forward to returning to our home from home and some of our favorite times were spent just at the villa in and out of the lovely pool and relaxing before firing up the bbq.
I can highly reccomend Villa Tugarka. Everything has been designed to make a stay here highly enjoyable and relaxing.
