Description

*** Apartment 100 m. FROM THE BEACH AND 200 m. FROM CENTER IS OUR HOLIDAY.

Completely renovated and refurbished. With free internet connection. Through this particular situation they are in a few minutes on the beach.
The summer house is ADAC (ANWB) and tested Rated 3 stars almost 4! That is, it is detached and all expectations by ADAC equivalent.

It is located behind a house and has its own entrance and terrace with garden furniture.

You get a kaarte to park bicycles and they can in a closed garden unterbrengen. Our summer house is on directing modern and the kitchen is provide by all.

The living room has a seating area with a Sitsbank and an armchair, a TV set and a stereo system. The remote Sehner and radio are connected to the cable and there by they can receive 60 digital channels. (ARD, ZDF, WDR, RTL, , Arte)

The shower and toilet have a sink, a connection for the shaving and a large shower.

The bedroom has two one-person top quality Swedish box springs and ample closets.

Central Location

A small but fine holiday accommodation. Beach and shopping facilities within a few minutes' walk. The very nice Mrs. Visser was the contact person on site. We will definitely come back here next year.

A small, but fine and perfectly equipped holiday apartment for 2!

The vacation rental convinces with its perfect location close to the beach/shopping opportunities. It is equipped with everything, lovingly and tastefully furnished, and has a very lovable and helpful landlady!!!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Very nice, small vacation apartment for 2 people. Very nice helpful landlady, the apartment is nicely furnished, everything you need is available. The location is simply good, only a few meters to the beach, the town center is around the corner, also only a few meters away. We were very impressed with the overall package.

It was a very beautiful week

Everything was perfect from start to finish.
Friendly welcome with a bottle of wine and a bouquet of roses.
Quiet location. Everything is easily accessible.
Rooms very good and always a friendly Mrs. Visser.
Want to come back next year.

Small but fine!

A small but beautiful apartment in an optimal location (2 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the dune area; supermarket also within walking distance). Very good mattresses for a holiday accommodation! Easy to heat even in winter. Equipment is good; a few more hooks on the walls and 1-2 stools in the bedroom as storage would be practical.

Hervorragend

In April 2017, we spent a total of 4 days in the very tastefully decorated holiday apartment and were completely satisfied. We didn't lack anything. Fresh flowers and a bottle of wine were even placed on the table as a welcome. Mrs. Visser was a very nice and friendly hostess. The location of the holiday apartment is optimal. Situated in a quiet side street, it is only about 100m footpath to the beach. Just wonderful. We will gladly come back in February 2018. A warm greeting from Bocholt from Bianca Mümken

Completely satisfied with the small and fine holiday home.

My wife and I have been going on holiday to Egmond with interruptions since 1958. We have come to know and love all three Egmonds and many hosts. The people are extremely relaxed, friendly, and helpful. This year has taken us to the Vissers in Zee. Mrs. Visser is a kind-hearted and loving host. She is there when you need something, but she is also pleasantly reserved when you want to be left in peace. The accommodation is small and very tastefully and practically furnished. It is almost enough to just bring your own clothes and toothbrush. The location of the domicile is great, 100 meters to the beach and not much further to the 'city' with shopping street and supermarket. You can reach any place in the village on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. When you arrive in Egmond aan Zee, you park the car and may only bring it back to life for departure. Could it be better? We could write long essays about our holiday accommodation, the pictures show a lot and the details regarding the facilities are listed in Mrs. Visser's offer. We were lucky with the weather this year. If it had been different, there are plenty of ways to pass the time. Hopefully, our next vacation date will match the availability calendar again, then we would be happy to stay with Mrs. Visser again next year.

Lovely holiday cottage !!!

We have already been in this holiday cottage for the second time in a row :)
Great beach nearby!!!! and it's also not far to go shopping. The landlady is very friendly, when we arrived
fresh flowers and a bottle of wine were on the table :) The holiday cottage is enough for two !!!!

Ferienhaus

We were in Egmond aan Zee for the first time, and we really liked Egmond. The holiday cottage was great, we can recommend it with a clear conscience. We felt well taken care of. The landlady is very nice and attentive! It's not far to the beautiful beach either. What more could you want.
