After several years of permanent residence, our popular holiday home Viva la Vida is now returning to rental! The house has always been a frequently booked and highly valued accommodation – and we are happy to soon make it available to guests again.
The house is currently being lovingly refreshed. It was completely renovated in 2014 and is now receiving further comfort upgrades:

We look forward to welcoming you soon at Viva la Vida! The house features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace or relax in the in-house sauna – perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
Outside, the well-kept garden invites you to linger. The tasteful furnishings of the house are complemented by modern amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, and a washing machine. For your comfort, bed linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

Oasis in Egmond aan Zee
One enters the house and is immediately on vacation. A true feel-good oasis has been created here. Everything is prepared, and the furnishings have everything one needs. The beds quickly take you to dreamland; you sleep so well. The sauna rounds off the experience and provides pure relaxation.
This great accommodation is located in close proximity to both the sea and the shopping street.
Living here is a true blessing!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Alles war bestens. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war sehr modern, frisch renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Geweldige accomodatie
Wij hebben deze week het echte vakantiegevoel mogen ervaren met zon, zee en strand. De accommodatie is van alle gemakken voorzien, de bedden sliepen heerlijk en er zijn voldoende activiteiten in de buurt. Een bezoek aan de vuurtoren, het bunkermuseum en de braderie op woensdag zijn een aanrader. De gastheren lieten je echt thuis voelen. Alkmaar is op steenworp afstand waar je de gezellige kaasmarkt kunt beleven. In de omgeving vind je mooie wandel en fietsroutes. Als we toch een minpunt mogen geven… een midweek was eigenlijk te kort ;-)
