Description
The house "Casa Rosario" with about 120 square meters is located in the immediate vicinity of the town of Monteverdi Marittimo in a quiet location in the beautiful hills of Tuscany.
Here, on the 5-hectare fenced grounds, children can play to their heart's content while parents leisurely breakfast on the terrace or read a book.
The highlight is the private swimming pool (4x8x1,5m) with sunbathing area where you can cool off in a private setting. In the two separate bedrooms with a total of five beds, a family finds enough space.
The living room, as well as the kitchen and the two bathrooms, is replete with every comfort. By foot the village is easy to reach with its restaurants.
To the sea you drive just 20 km. The most important cultural points of Tuscany can be reached quickly and easily. The house is ideal for the relaxing and calm-seeking families.

relaxing and restorative from the very first day
The planning and handling of the booking worked very well through Mrs Kaufmann; with her personal advice, we found the right accommodation for us and our dog.
The stay on site was super relaxing and restful from the first day. Far away from the tourists in the mountains around Monteverdi Marrittimo, we were able to relax in our little gem in very beautiful, untouched nature. Nearby hiking trails, the picturesque village within walking distance, but also trips to various beautiful places by the sea or the Chianti allowed us to experience the Dolce Vita up close; not to mention the delicious food and wine.
And when we weren't out and about, the pool and the spacious, unspoilt garden were inviting places to linger.
The house is very spacious and the kitchen well equipped
The people in the village and the region are super friendly and helpful.
In short: an all-round successful holiday, which our dog also really enjoyed.

the best thing was the pool
The best thing about the house was the pool and the quiet, detached location of the property. You really have your peace and quiet, but you can also get to the village quickly on foot.
The 2 bathrooms (with washing machine) are great. 1 wardrobe is definitely not enough. The existing wardrobe is big, but unfortunately not completely usable. The beds are short, the single beds narrow, for children they would be ok.
Lucia, who does the key delivery, is very friendly.
