Ideal for spring or autumn for sports, hiking and the beautiful promenade.
In the summer for a beach holiday, the beach is only 50 meters.
The new promenade (50 meters from the house) go to Malcesine (about km) and even more (10 km on the lake).
Cassone di Malcesine is a small, quiet village on the lake.
400 people live in this city and tourism has the way of life of the people kept on site. The peculiarity of this town are the narrow streets of the old town and the river called "aril". The great Austrian painter Gustav Klimt stopped here and painted this place (1913).

FROM THE NORTH:
Brenner Motorway "Rovereto Sud - Lago di Garda Nord". Signs for Garda follow up "Torbole", at the roundabout direction "Malcesine", continue until Cassone (only 4 km). At the beginning of Cassone at the right side (toward the lake) you fineden a parking lot and I'm waiting since (I will call always one day in advance).
FROM THE SOUTH:
Brenner Motorway "affi Lago di Garda Sud". Signs for Garda follow up "Garda", at the roundabout direction "Torri del Benaco", followed "Brenzone" and continue for "Cassone". Immediately at the end of cassone to the left (toward the lake) you can find a parking place and I will wait here (I'll call you always one day in advance).

Erstmal herzlichen Dank an den Vermieter
Er war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Unterkunft wie oben beschrieben..., sehr sauber, es war alles da was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ansich für junge leute optimal, für ältere Personen mit Einschränkungen leider nicht zu empfehlen [der Anstieg und die Treppen zum Haus].
Es ist zu bewältigen wenn man fit ist.
Der Ort ist traumhaft, ruhig und schön anzusehen. Die Pizzerien sehr zu empfehlen und der kleine Einkausladen total niedlich und sehr freundlich die Inhaberin.
Wir hatten schöne 10 Tage, welche zu schnell rum gegangen sind.
Was wir unbedingt hervor heben möchten: das auch große hunde erlaubt sind.

Great holiday apartment, would love to come back!
Despite hours of delay, we were received very kindly at the agreed parking lot. Communication via WhatsApp worked great. The holiday apartment cannot be reached independently by car. However, we had a parking space directly by the lake (free with a parking permit) and a garage 5 minutes above the apartment. The landlord helped us with our luggage in his car. The holiday apartment itself is very large and clean and has two floors. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were optimal for us, as we traveled as a family with adult daughters and a friend. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living-dining room offered enough space for eating and spending time together. The internet worked great and there was German television. From here, there was also a great view of the lake. All windows have fly screens and shutters. The place itself is small and nice and away from the tourist crowds. There are several good pizzerias, a bar, and an ice cream parlor. A mini-supermarket for rolls and the essentials is also within walking distance. The lakeshore can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Here you can sit nicely and swim. Water shoes are highly recommended. After 3 km by car or on foot, you are in Malcesine. Here you can find supermarkets, shopping options, and tourist offers. The cable car to Monte Baldo also starts here. The location of the holiday apartment offers many opportunities to explore Lake Garda. Our dog was also warmly welcomed. However, for walks, one has to walk to the lake, as there is no lawn by the house. Conclusion: It was two great weeks that unfortunately went by far too quickly. If we come back to Lake Garda, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much for the lovely time!

Quiet holiday with dog
We were guests with 5 adults and a dog in this beautiful house! Marco and his dad picked us up at the parking lot and brought our luggage to the house, which is located in the historic center and can only be reached by foot! Nevertheless, you are down by the lake in 3 minutes. You get a permit for the parking space. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. One bedroom and one bathroom downstairs, three bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. Ideal for us! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is very cozy! However, those with trouble climbing stairs are mistaken here! We will definitely come back here! Thank you again to Marco and of course to his dad!

We highly recommend "Casa Elisa" in Cassone with the following comments:
- Very friendly and helpful landlord
- Very clean, renovated accommodation, fully equipped with 2 great bathrooms in a typical "old town house"
- Located in the "Old Town" with a view of Lake Garda, about 100 meters from the lake shore. - located
- small cozy village with a small harbor, 4 pizzerias, 1 great ice cream parlor with a bar, small kiosk
- beautiful hiking trails along Lake Garda towards the south and north towards Malcesine, about 45 minutes away. by foot, very beautiful place, everything is available here and boat lines also depart from here
- the car parks a bit away from the apartment, small inclines in narrow streets, the landlord
took care of transporting our luggage for us
- plenty of bathing beaches (pebble) available, also a bathing platform
- water sports, Vespa rental, . . . all within about 4km
We would love to come back sometime!

Fabulous vacation accommodation
We were seven people in Marco's house and were very satisfied with everything. Marco is very nice and helpful, for example he carried our suitcases up when we arrived, which we found pretty cool after the long journey. As for the accommodation, I can only say that the price-performance ratio is great. Everything you need is there, only the television was unfortunately old because the new one had broken one month earlier. However, he promised to buy a new one soon. The beds are nothing special, but completely okay. The view of the lake in the morning, however, is priceless. The village of Cassone is cute and the ice cream parlor right by the lake, 100 meters away, is amazing. Let me just say, try the "house ice cream." And Francesca and Elena were our holiday angels xD. Malcesine, 3 km away, was my favorite of everything. It has so much charm, you don't need Limone or Verona. Next time, we'll rather stay by the lake, and if so, go to Sirmione again. We had 10 unforgettable days with amazing weather in early October and will definitely come back. Best regards to Marco.
