The location of the house is very good. One is quickly at the beach and in the city. The apartment was very well-maintained, clean, and everything needed for a stay in a vacation apartment was present. Everything is small, the stairs were steep, but that is typical in Dutch vacation apartments, that is the typical character. Egmond aan Zee is simply popular and the living space is optimally utilized. The beds are excellent. Great mattresses. The landlady is very friendly. We felt very welcome. We felt very comfortable.

The location was perfect and just a few meters from the beach. The de Vissers family was very friendly and completely uncomplicated. A great little house for 6 people with everything you need. The proximity to beautiful excursion destinations and also Amsterdam is definitely worth mentioning. Egmond has a nice town center with everything you need. Conclusion: Great value for the price. We will definitely come back...

The friendly welcome from Mrs. Visser. She was also immediately there to help when the TV didn't work. The cottage is small but spotlessly clean and modernly furnished. Very good beds, we felt comfortable.

The very good location of the house. Within a few seconds, you are at the long beach of Egmond. From the bedrooms, you have a very nice view of the landmark of Egmond, the beautiful lighthouse.

Location is absolutely top, just a hundred meters from the lighthouse and the beach, and near the cozy center the cottage is located in a quiet street. Cozy and tastefully decorated. The beds are excellent, there is a courtyard where you can eat and relax. The kitchen is simple (with dishwasher) and has everything you need. The hostess does everything to make you feel at home.

Fully furnished summer house. Close to the sea and village. Ample crockery and glassware, pans, and cutlery. The bathroom is on the small side, but sufficient for a holiday stay. Steep stairs to 3 good bedrooms. Garden, sheltered from the wind, so a delightful place to relax.

Very cozy, tastefully furnished holiday home, very close to the beach. Great, wind-protected sun terrace. Small bathroom, but excellent hot shower and a built-in hairdryer. Well-equipped kitchen, everything very neat and high quality. Contact with the landlords was nice and uncomplicated. We were very satisfied and would love to come back!!!

Cozy holiday home equipped with all conveniences and a complete kitchen. Everything was within walking distance (lighthouse, beach, dunes, shops, restaurants). The children (8 and 10) loved it, and there were plenty of activities to do in the nearby area as well.

Our vacation was great. The location is fantastic. We walked to the beach from the house in less than 3 minutes. It is very centrally located. Supermarket and restaurants are practically at the doorstep. The small town has a lot to offer. The evening market is highly recommended.

Very nice holiday home. The location couldn't be better, less than 2 minutes to the sea. Supermarket and fish shops also within a very short time. The accommodation was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had a nice terrace. There were five of us and we had a great time. We definitely recommend the holiday home and will certainly come back. Last but not least, a heartfelt thank you to the nice landlady.

The house is very quiet yet centrally located. In a few minutes, you can reach the sea or the pedestrian zone. The furnishings are cozy, and the equipment in the small kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Everything was very clean. Danielle is a friendly and communicative host, speaks German very well. Starting with the truly great location, short distances to the beach and center yet peaceful. A genuinely large and well-equipped apartment for Egmond. The rooms are well divided and well thought out. On the private terrace, you can comfortably sit with 4 people. Nothing is worn out, everything in great condition. Not to forget the wonderful landlady. Very kind and helpful. There is simply nothing negative.
