This enchanting holiday flat is in a prime location in Zinnowitz. The Zinnowitz pier and the beautiful sandy beach are about a 10-minute walk away. On the way to the beach you will find a variety of restaurants and ice cream parlours. There is something for every taste here. And if you prefer to cook for yourself in the generously equipped kitchen of your holiday flat, you will find various shopping facilities such as Edeka, Netto, Rossmann, Aldi and several bakers in the immediate vicinity, also within walking distance
In bad weather, the nearby Bernsteintherme invites you to swim and enjoy a relaxing wellness session. The programme of the nearby cinemas and theatres is sure to have something entertaining in store for you on rainy days
If you are arriving by train, you only need a few minutes' walk from the station to your holiday flat. If you are travelling by car, you can park it safely and comfortably in the garage parking space belonging to the holiday flat.
The flat was completed in 2016 and impresses with its tasteful, spacious and detailed furnishings.

Great vacation apartment in a superb location.
A holiday apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. We spent a week there with our grandchildren and were so thrilled that we immediately booked the apartment again for next year. The central location to the town center, the beach, the train station, restaurants, and all shopping facilities is perfect, yet it is quiet. We are already looking forward to next year.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, nothing was missing. Perfect facilities, very comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were just great. The residential area was quiet despite being close to the center. We will come back.

Superb holiday apartment for families
The holiday flat leaves nothing to be desired! We were there for the first time and will definitely be back. The flat was very clean, quietly located and beautifully furnished. The location of the house is wonderful, you can reach everything on foot.
Children also have a lot of fun. The large terrace invites you to play.
Only to recommend!!!

Great accommodation, good location, and nice service.
A very well-equipped and modern holiday apartment. Centrally located and yet quiet. Beach can be reached in no time. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather as it got very cold. But the apartment was nice and warm. Mrs. Brusch, the manager of the apartment, is very friendly and provides good service from booking to departure. Everything went great. We would love to come back sometime.

SUPER 5 stars !!!
We found this really great holiday flat by chance! It rightly deserves 5 stars! We were 4 adults of "senior age" and felt very comfortable. Everything is simply available in this flat. We can only recommend it, which we have already done in our circle of friends and family! Everything is within walking distance,shopping,beach promenade,restaurants,even the way to the train station!
