The beautiful semi-detached house is located in the "Ferienpark am Meer" and there in the area of the park that has been newly developed in recent years, almost directly behind the dyke. The centre of Burhave with shops and restaurants is about 2 kilometres away, the beach access as well as other restaurants and cafés can be reached very well and quickly on foot (approx. 500m)
Especially the play barn located there, the tide-independent "Nordseelagune" or the playground on the beach make the location particularly attractive for families with children. In addition, there are many great offers for children and adults throughout the year, from the children's animation club "Animax" with many great activities - also in the cold season - to the beach festival in summer or the New Year's swimming on 1 January. And dogs are also welcome guests here and can look forward to a dog beach and leisurely walks through the extensive landscape around the village, along the art promenade or simply over the dyke
Another plus for a holiday with the whole family is our fenced-in property with sheltered terrace and the quiet location in the holiday park. The house itself has a size of approx. 90 sqm over 2 levels and is optimally suited for up to 6 people with two master bedrooms and one children's bedroom. A friendly, bright interior, constant improvements to and in the house, a play corner for children and a sauna round off your holiday with us.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in the North Sea resort of Burhave on the holiday peninsula of Butjadingen in the Wesermarsch district. The holiday park Burhave, where our holiday home was built in 2001, has been developed in a new building area and offers many other holiday homes of different categories.
The beach and a small number of restaurants and cafés are within a 10-15 minute walk. There is also a dog beach, the "Nordseelagune", a playground, a play barn, bicycle rental and a bowling alley. The centre of Burhave is about 2 kilometres away and offers more restaurants and nice shops. Shopping facilities are available in approx. 1 km.

Bed linen per person 12,- EUR ; Linen package (bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 towels, tea towel) per person 17,- EUR. Payable on site: visitor's tax according to valid statutes; deposit: 100,- EUR (will be refunded after departure; if the holiday park administration pays the deposit, it is waived); pet 5,- EUR per day, booking fee 10,-- EUR, washing machine/dryer (for a fee) in the administration. Group bookings on request. The administration of the holiday park "Am Meer" takes care of the booking and the on-site support. You pay the rental price to the holiday park with which we have concluded a guest agency contract. We will forward your request immediately. If the "Kleine Nordseekoje" is already occupied on your desired date, please contact us anyway. The administration of the holiday park will be happy to find an alternative. |
