The apartment is located outside of Oostkapelle, beautifully situated between arable fields and within sight of an impressive nature reserve. The special parking and estate "buiten plaats Overduin" opens up many possibilities, whether they would like to take a bike ride or hike prefer. The landscape is part of the natural and cultural reserve "Oranjezon". Here you are in nature, where you can experience freedom. And it seems the special light of Walcheren in your apartment. "Spring" is particularly suitable for people who seek peace. Forest, meadows and fields with pheasants and deer, the light, the sea, the beach and the dunes - everything is right at your doorstep. Like many witnesses of history. All these impressions can be found in the apartment again. Here you can catch from the madding crowd.

If Zeeland is closed to tourists, we will refund their money. For cancellations for other reasons, if canceled 7 months before arrival or earlier, they will receive 70% of the deposit back. From 7 to 5 months before arrival, 10% of the deposit is refunded. Cancellation costs from 4 to 2 months before arrival are 50% of the agreed price. From 2 months to 1 month before arrival, 75% of the price is charged. From 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival, 90%, and from two weeks up to the arrival day, 100% of the agreed price is charged.

Wonderful!
Great house in a fantastic secluded location! The garden and huge terrace are a dream! It's wonderfully quiet, and the beach is a lovely walk away (about 40 minutes) or a quick bike ride. It's approximately a 30-minute walk to Oostkapelle. We felt very comfortable, and the only downside was that we had to leave after a week :) We will definitely come back!

Ein Traum
Great accommodation, lacking nothing. The spacious terrace is the highlight of the beautifully quiet located semi-detached house. The way to the beach is easily accessible on foot without any problems. For children, there are pony rides and mini golf in the immediate vicinity beside the sea. It was a very relaxing holiday, and we will gladly come back.

For the second time, we have enjoyed our vacation here, in a completely quiet location, a well-kept house, village center easily accessible by bike or car, beach very well-maintained and in an interesting area. Highly recommended for families - also with a dog.

We were two people with a dog in this vacation apartment in October and were very satisfied. The dog could go outside directly behind the house, which was very convenient for us. The landlords live next door in the house and are very friendly. The location of the vacation apartment is very quiet and situated on the outskirts of Oostkapelle, a bit remote. However, the town and the beach are reachable on foot and by bike (about a 5-minute brisk ride). There are 3 bedrooms available. One of the rooms is relatively large with a double bed and a larger wardrobe, the other two rooms have single beds and no wardrobe, definitely smaller. The bathroom is modern with a shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Microwave, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, dishwasher, etc. With the TV, you can also receive German channels. A video player and a radio are available. You can hang laundry in the backyard. A washing machine is provided. In any case, we didn't lack anything. We were very satisfied and would come back anytime.

Well-equipped, renovated, and bright apartment with a beautiful terrace and garden.
The very bright and well-equipped holiday apartment is in good and clean condition. In the kitchen, there is, for example, a gas stove, an oven with microwave, kettle, and toaster. The toilet is spatially separate from the bathroom. There is a small safe, not suitable for laptops. The location outside Oostkapelle is quiet, as two of the three bedrooms and the garden are located at the back of the building. Ventilation in the "large" bedroom is somewhat limited. In the third bedroom, you may hear the street traffic, although it is a small country road with little traffic.
Outside, there is plenty of space and privacy with a covered terrace and an additional comfortable seating area with cushions and a large parasol.
Check-in and check-out are flexible via a key safe. The friendly manager can be easily reached by email and also stops by on occasion. The nice owner lives in the remaining part of the house.
The expansive beach behind the dunes a few kilometers away is best reached by bike (plus approx. 1 km on foot), but there are also other beach areas accessible from paid parking lots.
Unfortunately, the Wifi signal was sometimes weak or overloaded.
Overall, a very good choice!
