The house is located in a resort of Siófok in Kiliti, from where the city centre can be reached by car in 5 minutes
Our independent house in Siófok is capable of accommodating 8-10 persons and it can be rented for periods of 1 week from May to the end of September. The house is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends who are looking for relaxation.
The floor area of the house is 110 m2.
In the garden of the house there is a heated pool (5x3,5 m) barbecue, a large playground for children and parking spaces for the summer visitors.
The house has two floors. The rooms are in the next layout:
On the ground floor there are:

- 2 bedrooms: with 2-2 single beds
- 2 bathrooms: with shower cabin and toilet
On the floor:
- 2 bedrooms: with double bed
- Living room: with extra bed possibility by pull-out couch

Hello
We were there with 3 families and we must say it was great. Highly recommended, even for dogs, we had 2 with us. The landlady is very friendly and gladly helps with questions. The pool boy came 3 times a week to clean. We will definitely go back again.

Super Ferienhaus
We went in early June with a group of friends to the holiday home Heinz. It was a very nice vacation. The house is great, it has everything you need. The pool is an absolute highlight. A bit far from Lake Balaton. By car 10-15 minutes and by foot about 1.5 hours. Shopping opportunities nearby.
Overall, a great place for a vacation.

Perfect holiday home
We were guests at Haus Heinz for 2 weeks, with 4 adults, 3 children, and a dog. We had a perfect vacation. The house is well-equipped, the kitchen, dining area, and 2 bedrooms are located downstairs. The two bedrooms downstairs have their own en-suite bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. There is ample storage space. The air conditioning saved us on several evenings.
On the first floor, there is a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a balcony, and a larger bathroom. There is also plenty of storage space and air conditioning. We only used the TV for the Switch, but there were programs available. The balcony is spacious and furnished with beautiful wicker furniture.
In the entrance area, there is a great outdoor dining area shaded by an awning.
There is an additional room with another refrigerator and a good washing machine.
A grill and clotheslines are also available.
However, the best part is the seating area in the shade of a walnut tree right by the pool.
The pool was cleaned every 2 days. The day before, we were notified via WhatsApp about the cleaning schedule so we could leave our dog inside in the mornings.
There is artificial turf around the pool and plenty of sun loungers.
There is also a play tower with a slide, swings, and a sandbox in the shade.
The property is completely dog-friendly and fenced.
On the front orchard, we could pick fresh cherries, pears, apricots, nectarines, and apples from the tree.
The nearest supermarket is about a 6-minute drive away by car (Tesco, Aldi, Deichmann, New Yorker, Fressnapf, and a drugstore).
We can highly recommend Haus Heinz and the lovely hostess.
Our vacation was perfect.
