Experience the interplay of peace & well-being
All bedrooms and floors were made by the carpenter. The old well in the kitchen has been preserved, lit from the inside and covered with a walk-in glass panel. Simply put, the house is a jewel of the Eifel. In the house there are 3 new kitchens (one on each floor), a dining room, 3 new double bedrooms, 2 new single bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The attic has been converted into a seminar room with 18 seats, which can be booked separately.
Here you will find a beamer screen, flipchart and a kitchenette.

Your walk can start right at the house. After just a few steps you will find yourself on one of the ridges or in one of the valleys.
You can reach the Our valley on foot in about 45 minutes. The Our forms the border to Belgium at this point. Enjoy the vastness of the landscape by hiking to the nearby refuge or explore the hiking trails towards Bleialf. On the now asphalted railway line, which is also used as a cycle path, walk through the former railway tunnel into the village

Very well maintained, perfectly equipped holiday home
We had very relaxing days in a very well-maintained and perfectly equipped holiday home. Quiet location, surrounded by agriculture and spacious rooms. Perfect wl’. very pleasant landlords. We can recommend the house all round and will certainly come again.

A super holiday home
A holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired. All bedrooms have direct access to one of the 4 bathrooms. There are two kitchens, 2 large dining tables and a small one. Everything is designed with attention to detail, there is a beautiful courtyard and a huge garden with barbecue area. There were five of us here and we liked it very much. Absolutely recommendable.

The perfect place to relax.
We very much enjoyed our time at Dederreshaus. The house is very well equipped, nothing is missing. The garden with a large meadow invites you to relax after hiking in the stunningly beautiful area. Highly recommended.

Wonderful weekend in the Eifel
The house is highly recommended. It is comfortably furnished, everything is perfectly renovated, and you feel comfortable right away. The landlady is very nice and accommodating. The kitchen equipment is very abundant. Nothing is missing. We will definitely go there again. The house is located in the Eifel region, on a hill and overall very secluded, quiet, and rural. So: You need a car to go shopping or out to eat. Otherwise: green surroundings and pure solitude. The garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire.
