An external stone staircase leads to the first floor, where there are:
- a living room with a double sofa bed, a fridge, a Satellite Smart TV and an infrared sauna;
- two double bedrooms;
- a bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bathtub;
- a bathroom with shower;
- in the tower, a bedroom with twin beds which can be pushed together.
All bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV.
The ground floor entrance is shaded by a spacious and panoramic porch, ideal for outdoor dining or just relaxing, fitted with sofas and armchairs.
Near the entrance on the first floor, a delightful terrace (20 ) furnished with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts.
The villa is provided with air-conditioning.
In the garden, the driveway leads down to the heated swimming pool with stunning views over the valley.
The pool has an area with 4 hydro-massage seats and, in the main pool, a hydro-massage water cannon for a pleasant neck massage.
The solarium area, paved with brick, is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and sun umbrellas. There also two bathrooms with shower.
In the garden there are bushes and trees of the Mediterranean area.
At guests' disposal also a panoramic binoculars, table tennis and table football.
The property is fully fenced. Cars can easily park on the property, closed by an automatic gate.
Originally intended for drying bricks, retained, after careful restoration, the original vaults and cross vaults and ancient wooden roofs and tiles. Intact, even the old cracks on the walls, which were used to ventilate the characteristic rooms placed on various levels up to the tower. The skilled care in the restoration and the elegance of the interiors, are features of this villa that enjoys an incredible panoramic view.

Villa Torre ist ein altes Bauernhaus in der Nähe des historischen Dorfes Ripatransone, im Süden der Region Marken.
Das Anwesen erstreckt sich der Seite eines Hügels entlang, umgeben von Olivenhainen, Weinbergen und Obstgärten, mit einem herrlichen Blick, der von der umliegenden Landschaft von der Adria zu den Monti Sibillini geht, mit dem historischen Dorf Ripatransone dahinter. Ripatransone ist von einer alten Ringmauer umgeben und in seinem historischen Zentrum kann Gebäude aus dem Mittelalter, Renaissance und Barock aufweisen: der Dom, das Heiligtum von Madonna di San Giovanni, der Palazzo Comunale, der Palazzo del Podestà, das Mercatini Theater. Die Stadt liegt in einer so malerischen Lage, dass sie den Spitznamen "Aussichtspunkt von Piceno" verdient. Es ist berühmt für seine sehr enge Straße: die "schmalste Gasse Italiens", nur 43 Zentimeter breit!
Die typischen Gerichte dieser Gegend sind mit nativem Olivenöl extra gewürzt und mit DOC-Weinen wie Falerio dei Colli Ascolani und Rosso Piceno Superiore verkostet.
Andere kleine und charmante Dörfer in der Nähe sind: Offida, Ascoli Piceno, Acquaviva Picena und Fermo.
Die Adriaküste ist nur 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt und bietet Kilometer der Promenade "Riviera delle Palme" genannt, zwischen den Städten Cupra Marittima, Grottammare und San Benedetto del Tronto; mit Stränden mit sehr feinem goldenem Sand, flachem Wasser, vielen Bars und Restaurants für ein reges Nachtleben. Darüber hinaus erlaubt ein bequemer Radweg Ihnen, das Panorama zu genießen und durch die 10 thematischen Gärten entlang der Küste gehen.
