Surrounded by woods and meadows, this cosy little holiday home in its typical red and white colours is situated on a 5 hectare plot of land "near" our house, but out of sight and earshot. And here, as in all our houses, peace and relaxation are guaranteed. Lake Kiasjön is only 200 m from the house and invites you to fish at your own bathing spot, to explore the lake with the boat belonging to the house or to enjoy the cooling water of Lake Kiasjön on warm days.
The cottage offers you a beautiful sunny, partly covered large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for cosy evenings. The cottage is suitable for 4 persons, optimally 2 adults & 2 children. It is modern and comfortably furnished and has a living area of 50 sqm. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove with which you can heat the house comfortably if necessary. You will find a completely modern equipped kitchen which offers you as a self-caterer all comfort incl. dishwasher.
To the left you will find a modern small bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. On the other side, a small bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe, ideal for children. From the living room you enter the master bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe
The living room has a small dining table for 4 persons, a couch and a flat screen TV with all German channels. From the living room you can reach the already mentioned sunny terrace where you can relax with a good book or listen to the birds. Or you can start the day here with a fresh coffee and a delicious breakfast.

Here you have the chance to be with yourself and draw strength from the tranquillity of nature.

Location and surroundings of object

Whether it's a long walk, a bike ride or a boat trip, the beautiful nature around your holiday home invites you to numerous experiences.
The Öland cottage is situated by the lake Kiasjön on the Kianäs peninsula, in the middle of the beautiful region of Smaland. This holiday home is situated on a square metre forest plot with a few buildings, which are, however, out of sight for you.
You can reach Fagerhult by car in about 10 minutes. Here you can quickly find something for your small needs.
On the way there you will pass through the small village of Uranäs, with its red houses, the lake and the partly typical Småland fence, you are waiting for Pippi Longstocking to come running out of one of the houses.
Here, in the middle of the village, you can buy fresh eggs from free-range hens or home-spun bee honey, a great addition to your breakfast.
And if you feel like a bit more civilisation, you will certainly find everything your heart desires in Växjö, about 1 hour away. The sunny island of Sweden, Öland, about 1 hour away, is also exciting. With a bit of luck, you can meet a member of the royal family here at Soliden Castle. Or you can treat yourself to an ice cream in the small harbour town of Färjestaden with a view of the beautiful coastal town of Kalmar

Here on site, a member of staff is available in the service office to provide you with all the information you need to make your holiday in Sweden unforgettable. Here you can pick up your rented bikes to go for a nice ride. At the service office you can also get your booked motors, wifi, wood, etc. and certainly one or two tips about your holiday home.
