Highly recommended!

Starting with the booking, the contact with the Pautsch family was smooth and very friendly.
We have already spent our third holiday there and are still thrilled with the house! We have always found the house super clean and well maintained. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Especially the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The entire house is in a very well-kept condition and is furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Moreover, the family is very interested in maintaining or improving the condition. So far, something has always changed between our stays, such as the new kitchen.
Another highlight is the quiet location in a gated community on a small lake. The location is perfect for watching the sunrise from the terrace. In addition, the nearest supermarket is only about 5 minutes away by car and other places like downtown are also within easy reach.
We are still convinced of the house and will come again. A stay there is highly recommended!

Villa with everything you need - TOP equipment

From the booking/reservation to the end/end of the holiday, everything went perfectly.
The owners are super friendly, very helpful people. The advantage for us here was that we could communicate in German and my questions were all answered.
The villa was exceptional and perfect for us. From the location, from where we started all kinds of activities, to the view of the "in-house lake".
The equipment was more than sufficient for us. Nothing was missing. The villa not only offers enough space for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids (10 and 16 years) but also enough retreats to be alone. Whether relaxing on the lounger by the pool or at the table under a ceiling fan. In the living room on the TV armchair with a great big Curve TV and a TV Fire Stick. Everything we needed was on site. Whether it was the mixer for baking a cake or the microwave where we made our popcorn for the cinema evening, the washing machine or the dryer. Towels, beach towels, covers, blankets, extra pillows all available. There was everything you needed for a beach day: beach chair or umbrella, giant swim ring and cool bags including batteries. The equipment was great.
You could also put a basketball hoop on the driveway if you wanted. The rented car was always safe in the garage. The air conditioning could be adjusted manually. There were enough bathrooms, toilets and showers. The neighbourhood was pleasantly quiet. The pool area is not visible from the street. No neighbour "disturbs". One is well protected.
The pool is cleaned once a week, the on-site property management is very nice

Wonderful days at Villa Lake View

We could just relax in the Villa Lake View. The villa really has everything, furnished with great attention to detail. The location in a pleasant gated community directly on the lake is convenient. We can recommend this house without reservation.

Again and again with pleasure

We had a wonderful holiday. The view of the lake from the pool is unique and will remain in our memories for a long time. The house has everything you could wish for and more. The landlords took very good care of us. They were always available beforehand and during the holiday. A German-speaking property manager is on site and also checked up on us. The house itself is furnished with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the house to others at any time. We miss being able to jump into the pool after the barbecue.

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus

We had a super nice vacation in this great holiday home. The house is lovingly furnished and fully equipped. Nothing is missing, and we felt super comfortable.

The contact with the landlord via email was quick and friendly. Questions were answered immediately, a small problem promptly resolved. The on-site support by the German property management was also successful.

We spontaneously booked the house again for next year because we feel super comfortable.

Dream holiday

Excellent accommodation in every respect (location, condition, facilities, pool etc.), what more could you want to enjoy your holiday as you imagine it.
A sensational view of the lake in front of the pool with its "pet alligator", the turtles, ahingas, jumping fish and all the other creatures was a new experience every day.

Very well located, Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach or Downtown, Outlet Mall as well as various trails for hiking or park tours are all within easy reach and bring the desired variety and diversity.

Villa Lake View, Fort Myers, Florida, USA

When we entered the code for opening the gate for the first time in great anticipation, we were already pleasantly surprised at how well-maintained the entire estate was. The first wow effect came when we pulled into the driveway and the cheers were huge when we unlocked the front door. Enter and feel at home. There was plenty of room for the six of us (2 teens and 4 adults). Everyone had their own space right away. We immediately got along with the technology, everything was ready, so we didn't have to do anything. The kitchen is super equipped, both with cooking and eating utensils and electrical appliances. There were never any bottlenecks. Another highlight was the terrace and pool area. When we were there, we were only outside. The enclosure with the mosquito net was positive, so we didn't have any annoying visitors. The house replaces any 5-star hotel. We had pure relaxation and will definitely go there again. For the location we give "only" 4 stars, because the settlement really stands for itself and even fetching bread in the morning had to be done by car. But there are plenty of supermarkets within a few miles (Publix with a very good selection is recommended). The housekeepers, Sabine and Roman Meier, are really good souls, very very nice and with their Bavarian dialect they convey a piece of home.
Many thanks to the Pautsch family for the advance care and this really recommendable and beautiful holiday home. We will be back!

What should one write here, except that everything was perfect. From the contact for scheduling the appointment, to the information about arrival, the house itself, the welcoming by the local property management, the contact for questions during the vacation, and even after we returned home, there is absolutely nothing that could have been better in our opinion. Pure relaxation!

We were at the home of the Pautsch family for the first time. After 20 years of experience in Florida and plenty of vacation rentals and houses, we were immediately thrilled upon arrival. Even before our vacation, the communication between Darmstadt and Hamburg was perfect. Everything was completely smooth. After just a few hours of staying, we decided to come back next year. We had a very stressful year in 2017 and were able to recharge properly in this oasis of peace. We can only recommend this holiday accommodation. Wieder ein Traum

We were guests at the Pautsch family's once again. In short, it was fantastically beautiful. It was also evident that the owners of the house are constantly making changes to the house. You can see the attention to detail. We felt at home again and could recuperate more than well. It is certain for us, we will come back in 2019 - at least once! :-)

Dream vacation- and not the last!!!

If you value sterile accommodations, you are in the wrong place! If you want to book anonymously through large agencies and be treated that way, you are in the wrong place! From the booking onwards, you notice the individual, personal difference. The Pautsch family is very helpful and takes exceptional care of their guests! Not only are booking and pre-arrival questions answered quickly, friendly, and helpfully, but also during and after the stay, the Pautsch family is almost available around the clock! The house is a dream, and you can tell that the owners themselves reside in the house. It is homely furnished, and nothing is missing. Anyone who has something to complain about here should take a look at their own home to see if it is equipped the same way. Absolutely nothing is missing. The pricing is more than fair and transparent.
The on-site support is extremely helpful and nice.
For us, it is certain, we will come again - and not just once! :-)

A house that meets all wishes

It was by far the best house my wife and I had in 4 years in Florida. From the pool area to the equipment, we were simply thrilled. The landlords had explained everything to us in detail and were always there for us. The on-site German-speaking property management was TOP! The infrastructure was very well developed, so you could quickly reach all important destinations. We are already looking forward to the next year in this great house ❤️

Everything around great

A beautiful house with all comforts awaited us. The kitchen is great, American-style, everything is nicely furnished, and the beautiful terrace with a large pool is completely mosquito-proof. You have a great picturesque view of the small lake, which is home to water birds like herons, jumping fish, and even a small alligator.

From the first minute, we felt at home and enjoyed it very much. The proximity to the highway allows for quick access to the best beaches like Marco Island, Sanibel Island, or Mansota Key, as well as numerous nature parks. (As almost everywhere in Florida: Without a car, nothing works.)

We were fully informed and well taken care of by the landlord and the local property manager, who were uncomplicated, very attentive, and extremely friendly. The handling, including the return of the security deposit, was great and fast. In summary: A great house offered by great landlords.

The only negative thing is that eventually the vacation comes to an end and one has to leave their beloved place.

Beautiful house by the lake

We stayed as guests at Villa Lake View for 15 days. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The house is very beautiful and well-maintained, everything one needs is available.
The contact with the Pautsch family was very friendly from the beginning, and the key handover went smoothly.
The contact with the property management was also very friendly.
The view over the lake is simply indescribably beautiful and relaxing. You can reach many destinations in the area quickly via the interstate. It takes about 20 minutes to reach Fort Myers - Downtown and about 30 minutes to the beach. The house is very quiet and located in a gated community accessible only with a code. We can highly recommend this accommodation and would book it again anytime.

Great, well-maintained house with plenty of space to feel comfortable!

We, 2 adults, felt very comfortable in the spacious house. The house offers everything you need for undisturbed holidays. The house itself and the surrounding property are very well maintained and in impeccable condition, in a great location with direct lake views.

The beautiful extensive residential complex is equipped with a barrier from the outside, so only people who know the code have access. Since the neighborhood is at a sufficient distance, there is always plenty of privacy.

The resort is a bit outside; the closest amenities are just a local burger joint, with the nearest Publix approximately 4 miles away.

Unfortunately, we didn't use the pool because the water was (still) too cold for our liking 😊.

We can highly recommend the vacation home and thank the Pautsch family for their consistently friendly and pleasant communication.

Oasis of Relaxation

A top house with very good amenities. Also suitable for larger groups up to 3 couples. Excellent for resting and relaxing. Only the noises of traffic sometimes disturb the idyllic setting. If you don't want to drive much, there are not many exciting locations nearby.

Great villa in a beautiful setting

This was our first vacation in a villa in Florida and it was a hit right away. We lacked nothing, there is a very well-equipped kitchen including a fridge with icemaker. Perfect for the sunset drink ;). Small stereo system, large curved TV, great WiFi.

The location of the house right on a small lake is great, you are quickly on the interstate, supermarket is just around the corner and smaller parks, such as Manatee Park, are easily reachable in a short time. Also, quickly reachable are the Miromar Outlets, Corkscrew Swamp, Lovers Key State Park, and Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park, to name just a few.

The house is great for 6 people.

Everything for a wonderful holiday

A perfectly equipped house suitable for 6 people optimally. 3 bathrooms, internet, well-equipped kitchen, great location centrally located in the middle of Florida. A little over 2 hours to Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, 2.5 hours to Orlando, Tampa, Clearwater. We will definitely book the house again for one of our next vacations.
