Holiday apartment offers an impressive rooftop terrace for exclusive use. An ideal place to spend the whole day, either in the shade (pavilion) or in the sun with the most beautiful sunsets.
The view from the rooftop terrace stretches from sunrise in the east to Morro Jable in the west. In addition, the holiday apartment has a charming terrace garden.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for self-catering. A dishwasher and a washing machine complete the equipment.

Pure relaxation
The studio is fully equipped. The location is perfect for enjoying a relaxing vacation in a quiet atmosphere. The terrace (for sole use) invites you to have breakfast and relax, with a fantastic view over the Atlantic. With the support on-site by Ms. Baldes, we missed nothing. From a private "chat" to tips on great restaurants and attractions on the island, we learned everything from her. Of course, it is helpful to have a car on site when self-catering requires shopping. Otherwise, the groceries from the nearby supermarket must be carried up a steep hill or up 96 steps to the accommodation. Parking is available right in front of the property. However, the public bus can also be used, which can be found at a bus stop about a 4-minute walk away. Last but not least, the beds contribute to a good recovery. We have recovered well in the four weeks and will be traveling in 2026 for six weeks to the same accommodation.

The perfect stay
The pavilion on the terrace is a dream at any time of day and night, in sun, wind, and rain. In the morning, over the dune to the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle yet right in the middle of it.

Es muss ja überall etwas gefehlt haben.
Deswegen wollte ich mich erkundigen. Wie man es noch perfekter machen kann um eine 5 zu erlangen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Not brand new, but very well maintained and well looked after. Great view over Morro Jable and the sea.

Dream location
The studio is one of three apartments in this villa on the first row of the beach.
It is tip-top clean, very well equipped, and designed for peace and quiet.
The location is very quiet on a dead-end street.
The very comfortable beds are also worth mentioning.
The highlight of the studio is the roof terrace with the pavilion, high above the sea. Here we give the sixth star.
Mrs. Baldes is a very friendly and helpful landlord.
The studio is recommended without reservation.

Very nice apartment near the beach, and terrace with breathtaking view.
Modern and well-maintained studio, located directly on the beach with access to its own roof terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a pavilion. It offers an incomparable view of the sea and the kilometers-long beach of Morro Jable. The team of Andrew Hobson is very friendly, helpful and competent.
