Description

Our holiday flat is modernly equipped. The living room houses the open-plan Alno kitchen, which is equipped with everything you would expect. The brand new sofa bed offers another one or two sleeping places next to the bedroom, which has a double bed with extra-high super-comfortable mattresses. The flat has real parquet flooring, the bathroom is modern tiled and has a barrier-free walk-in shower. The front yard of the flat is ideal for relaxing and is nicely sheltered from the wind on the south side of the house surrounded by beautifully planted noble garden walls.

Location and surroundings of object

The accommodation is located in the heart of the Genussregion and Bierland Upper Franconia, 2km south of the Fichtelgebirge with Ochsenkopf, Schneeberg and Kornberg, it is 20 to 30 kilometres depending on the destination. Hikers will find a hiking paradise there. In winter you can go skiing, cross-country skiing and ice skating, in summer hiking trails, toboggan run and climbing garden offer something for everyone. A jogging path starts directly at the house. Only 2km away is the recreation area Untreusee with bathing possibilities, climbing garden, labyrinth, a 5km long circular path. 5 golf courses offer a lot of variety in a distance of 10 to 50km. Great small holiday apartment in a central location, 5 minutes walking distance to the lake.

The apartment was completely sufficient for us (2 adults + 1 toddler). Nothing was missing in the apartment.

Our son (1 year old) also had the opportunity to romp outside in the garden.

Great apartment and great landlords.

We would love to come back.

Everything is right here

We - 2 persons - were guests here for a week. The flat was exactly as described. We felt very comfortable. The rental was uncomplicated and sovereign. Oberkotzau is highly recommended for mobile people. We left our car in the existing car park. We used the bikes we brought with us and also did a lot of walking. We will come again.

Short summer holiday with child

The flat is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. The landlords are very nice and accommodating
The village of Oberkotzau offers shopping facilities and is well located. Excursion destinations - for example the Untreusee - can be reached in a few minutes, also by bike

We were able to spend beautiful, relaxing days with the Elsen family
