Description

The living studio on the first floor is a spacious and recreational domicile in the suburb of Hof close to the city. Our guests have access to a gable-glazed living area including a separate bedroom gallery (with double bed and additional single bed) totalling more than 80 square metres. The rooms have a newly designed sanitary area with WC and shower. The German Tourism Association has classified our studio flat with four stars

Location and surroundings of object

Recreation at the Untreusee:
The Untreusee recreation area is located approx. 1km to the northeast. You can reach it comfortably in approx. 15-20 minutes on foot, in 10 minutes by bike or by car. Whether you like quiet walks or action - here everyone gets their money's worth. In any case, in the warm season there is a restaurant with a wonderful view of the lake (Grüner's Sommergaststätte).

Activities at the Untreusee: swimming, surfing, boat trips. Beach activities possible, jogging, hiking
For the active there is a lot to experience, you can expect :

Supply:
In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets with a bakery, meat counter and butcher's shop, as well as a drinks market
Traffic:

In 2 minutes you can reach a bus stop with connection to the local traffic by foot.
In 10 minutes you can walk to the train station with connection. "Hof in Bavaria at the top"...that's what the people of Hof like to say about their town. Whether you are looking for Hof on a map, referring to the topographical height or even in a figurative sense - you always get the same result.

But one should not be deceived by the romantic Biedermeier facades: Today, they are historic backdrops for exciting cultural and sporting events, for cosy shopping as well as hours of enjoyment with the delicacies from the kitchen and cellar. []

The market town of Oberkotzau, where our accommodation is located, borders directly on the city of Hof and is the starting point for excursions into the Fichtel Mountains and the Franconian Forest. Striking buildings are the Gothic church of St. James, which was extended in the 19th century by a curious round building, and the castle built on a hill.

In this case, the flat is cleaned weekly, the towels are renewed and the bed linen is changed every 2nd week.
This service is included in the rent. The arrival can be arranged individually. If you arrive late at night, there is a key safe in the front door. We will give you the code for this when you make your check-in appointment.

Cancellation terms:

  • Free cancellation option until 8 days before the day of arrival.
  • Bei Stornierung 7 Tage vor der Anreise wird die Anzahlung nicht rückerstattet, das gilt auch für jeden weiteren kürzeren Zeitraum der Stornierung. Bei staatlich verordnetem Lockdown wird die Anzahlung zu jedem Zeitpunkt rückerstattet.
