Lovingly furnished in Nordic country house style F**** holiday home.
in 2014, we renovated our house and turned it into a cosy home for your time with us with great attention to detail. Great importance was attached to a coherent overall concept and a cosy ambience was created.
The number of beds in the rooms can be adapted as required (e.g. 3 x 2 beds)
The house has a large terrace with a view of the garden.
There is a wallbox at the property where you can charge your e-car for a fee.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in a quiet residential area and has a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden.
Oberkotzau is located in the northern Fichtelgebirge, close to the independent city of Hof/Saale.
Our village has about 6000 inhabitants and has a good infrastructure.
Shops for daily needs and restaurants are available.
In summer there is a wonderful outdoor swimming pool and the nearby recreation centre "Untreusee" is inviting at any time of the year.
In winter, there is the possibility of downhill skiing in the Fichtelgebirge and in the Franconian Forest, as well as groomed cross-country skiing trails.

Holiday home suitable for all age groups
We travel a lot in holiday homes and this one definitely deserves 5 stars. Very lovingly and tastefully decorated and there is nothing missing from the equipment. Everything you need for a vacation has really been thought of! The house is very quiet with a beautiful large balcony, and the garden that you can share is beautiful and designed with a lot of love. It is rare to find such open and very attentive landlords who care about the well-being of their guests. At this point, once again, a big thank you to dear Manuela and Udo for your great hospitality, and also thanks to Grandpa Karl who also enriched our vacation very much. We will definitely come back!

Highly recommended
We had the pleasure of spending our summer holiday 2021 at Landhaus Anneliese. The house and the garden are beautifully furnished and maintained with great attention to detail. The holiday home is equipped with everything you need for a holiday and the fact that you can even use a washing machine for a small fee was super after our hikes. The house is located in a quiet side street and unfortunately we can only recommend it (actually we didn't want any competition when booking ;-) ). We would like to thank our super nice landlords who really care about the well-being of their guests. We felt very comfortable. The village itself is not particularly beautiful and does not exude the charm of the Fichtelgebirge, but you have everything you need (shops, pharmacy, doctors, playgrounds). We made many excursions and even rainy days were no problem thanks to the great holiday home. You can stay comfortably in your quarters and play something ;-)

Feel-good house
My daughter and I, corona-stressed, just wanted to relax for a few days. In the beautiful cottage of the Krauss family, we succeeded all around. We arrived and immediately felt at home thanks to the friendly welcome. Even when the weather was bad, we quickly found the peace we had hoped for. The house is very lovingly designed, furnishings and equipment leave nothing to be desired. We were completely satisfied and will gladly come back again.

Tolles Wohlfühlferienhaus
Wir (3 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (5 J., 2 J., 8 Mon.) haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet Man hat sodort ein "Zuhause-Gefühl"! Es fehlt an nichts, Fam. Krauss hat an wirklich alles gedacht, wir sind begeistert und kommen bestimmt wieder. Alles ist super sauber und gemütlich, und der Garten ist ein Gedicht! Vielen Dank an die ganze Fam. Kraus.

Liebevolle eingerichtetes Häuschen
Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit traumhaftem Garten. Wir sind tagsüber geradelt und haben die Stunden am Abend im Haus und Garten sehr genossen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Traumhaft schön
Wir haben ein Familienwochenende in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Außenanlagen und der Garten wurden sehr liebevoll angelegt. Von Oberkotzau aus kann man tolle Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir danken der Fam. Krauß für dieses tolle Wochenende und werden Sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Kurzurlaub im Traumhaus
Jedes Jahr zu Ostern verbringen wir die Feiertage mit unserer Familie in einem Ferienhaus. Dieses Jahr haben wir einen Volltreffer gelandet. Das Landhaus Anneliese ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 1 Kind und hatten genügend Platz. Den schönen Garten konnten wir leider nicht nutzen ,da es zu kalt war.
Nochmals vielen Dank an Fam. Krauß ! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Das freistehende Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu 4t im Haus und hatten genug Platz. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön angelegt. Es steht ein großer Grill zur Verfügung. Die Familie, der das Haus gehört, wohnt im Nachbarhaus und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wer möchte, kann auch etwas über die Imkerei erfahren. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erkunden. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und können einen Aufenthalt im Landhaus sehr empfehlen!

Ein wunderschönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage.
Das Haus ist sehr gut und umfangreich ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Der dazugehörige Garten ist sehr schön angelegt mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Kurzum ein Ferienhaus zum sofort wohlfühlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub im Traumhaus
Mein Mann und ich haben eine herrliche Woche in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht.
Man fühlt sich hier vom ersten Augenblick an wohl. Bis ins kleinste Detail ist alles durchdacht und dekoriert. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, sogar Rührgerät und Kuchenformen gab es.
Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder und können das Haus nur jedem empfehlen.

Wir sind 3 befreundete Paare und fahren schon vielen Jahre über den Jahreswechsel in Ferienhäuser. Dieses Haus hat uns super gefallen und entsprach auch voll und ganz der Beschreibung . Auch die Bilder waren genau zutreffend. Der Vermieter stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die voll und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Gern fahren wir dort wieder hin.
