With 115 sqm of living space, the exclusive holiday home offers plenty of room for up to 6 people + 1 toddler. All rooms have underfloor heating, which is fed by an environmentally friendly, efficient air/water heat pump. The windows are equipped with insect screens and can be darkened with blinds or roller blinds
Over two floors there are 2 bedrooms, 1 children's room, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with fully equipped kitchenette and separate dining area as well as 1 utility room and 1 storage room.
The spacious, light-flooded living room with real wood furniture, comfortable relax sofa and adjustable relax chairs offers a very special atmosphere for relaxation and recreation after an eventful day. With a crackling fireplace, you can review your experiences with the family
The firewood (free of charge) is stored at the garden house
The living room is equipped with a 40-inch LCD smart TV. With the internet radio HiFi music system with CD/ DVD/USB/Bluetooth player, you can also arrange the evening programme as you wish. Various games for the whole family, DVDs and a collection of books let you forget about the TV programme.
A counter with 2 bar stools visually separates the kitchenette from the dining area. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stirrer, waffle iron, hand blender, egg boiler and all crockery
The separate dining table offers space for everyone
On the ground floor there is a large bathroom (daylight) with shower, WC, towel dryer, washbasin and hairdryer. The bathroom on the upper floor (daylight) is additionally equipped with a rain and massage shower as well as a bathtub. The bathrooms, fitted with noble "Wood Teak" tiles, round off the special ambience of the bathrooms in an outstanding way.
The furnishings of the 1st bedroom include a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m, adjustable slatted frames, 7-zone cold foam core mattresses, firmness level 2+3), 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, a 32-inch smart TV, radio alarm clock, chest of drawers, wardrobe, safe, wicker armchair, clothes valet and socket child safety lock
The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m, adjustable slatted frames, 7-zone cold foam core mattresses, firmness level 2+3), 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, a travel cot (1.2 m x 0.6 m), 32-inch smart TV, radio alarm clock, wardrobe, seating area (2 armchairs, 1 table), reading lamp, bookshelf with books, clothes rail and child safety socket
In the children's room there are two beds (2 m x 0.9 m, adjustable slatted frames), a wardrobe, two bedside cabinets with reading lamps, two stools and a bookcase with children's books
The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Use of the el. dryer for a fee (coin-operated).
For the smallest guests, there is a changing table, a high chair, a child's high chair, a fall protection blind on the upper floor, a handcart, a buggy and a travel cot.
Owners of e-cars can charge their car at the in-house wallbox (subject to charge).
A seating area and a charcoal grill on the partially covered, illuminated terrace (south) in front of the living room invite you to enjoy relaxed meals outdoors.
Our guests can use the luxury garden sauna (coin-operated) all year round.
The large garden with its beautiful lawn, beach chair and sun loungers is an ideal place to relax and unwind
2 car parking spaces, one of which is in a carport, are available free of charge. Bicycles can be parked in the garden house and at the carport
On the terrace, e-bikes can be charged free of charge.
A play tower with 2 swings and a slide guarantee lots of fun and exercise in the fresh air for the little ones

The holiday home is situated in a very quiet, secluded and idyllic location in the old village centre between the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and Lake Sellin - an ideal starting point for walks in the village, extensive hikes or cycling tours in the beautiful surroundings
With your spa card, you can travel free of charge on the "Uns Lütt Bahn", which runs between the harbour in Baabe and the beach. There is a stop only about 70 m from the holiday home.
There are 5 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The nearest restaurant is just around the corner at a distance of only approx. 200 m
In the south-east of the island of Rügen, the former fishing village is the northernmost village on the charming Mönchgut peninsula. The Baltic seaside resort, which has existed since about 1896, offers everything that the heart and soul need for relaxation and recreation, especially for nature-loving holidaymakers, all year round

Great vacation house
We (two families each with a child) stayed at this holiday home for the second time. Very nice and friendly welcome and key handover, the house was very clean, everything was really available in the kitchen, dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, all in very good quality and sufficient quantity, the equipment of the spacious rooms very tasteful, the property with terrace simply fantastic. The location and the beach are easy to reach on foot, small railway connection in the immediate vicinity. Will definitely come back.

Class Holiday House
We were on Rügen for the first time and made the right choice.
The holiday home is simply great and deserves all 5 stars. We felt really comfortable.
Unfortunately, we couldn't use the terrace and garden as the weather wasn't always good, it's just autumn. But the garden with the trees looked beautiful.
We saw a lot of Rügen and liked coming back to the cozy house in the late afternoon or evening. If we go to Rügen again, we will definitely rent the house Morgenstern. Thank you very much for the many small attentions.

Great for families with children!
After the birth of our youngest daughter in 2013, we spent our first vacation as a family of four at the holiday home "Morgenstern" and were enthusiastic about the loving and high-quality furnishings. The semi-detached house is located on a well-maintained and fenced plot. The property belonging to the house also features a cozy beach chair, as well as a swing and slide. The interior design and equipment leave nothing to be desired. From highchairs to children's books and games for both young and old - everything is taken care of. Since a washing machine (free of charge) and dryer are also available, bringing lots of spare clothes for the little ones can be avoided. We found our stay in the holiday home very pleasant and comfortable. We will definitely come back! C. B.
