Quiet place in Renesse

A nice place. I was there with my teenage daughter and big dog.
We love peace and quiet. That was very present. And yet for my daughter, the lively place of Renesse.
The cottage was very neat and had a lot of wood. We love that and felt at home.
Close to the sea and many directions to walk with the dog.
In July we will go again. I am glad that in January I followed my feeling that it could be a nice place and immediately booked 2 vacations. Total nothing negative to mention.

Family vacation

Cleanliness: the house is in very well-maintained condition.
We could not determine whether someone with or without a dog had been in the house before.

Amenities: everything you need for the household is available. You just have to wash dishes by hand, which can be done quickly in a communal setting.

Location: the location to the beach is good.
It can be easily reached on foot or by bike.
The house is situated in a quiet area.

This is our third time booking.

A beautiful house in a central location.

We found a well-located house with a beautiful garden. A very quiet property, extremely relaxing. Ideal for dog owners. The land is nicely landscaped. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The town is also about 2 km away, easily accessible by bike. We felt comfortable there; nothing was missing in terms of amenities. We would gladly return there.

Very dirty, old-fashioned, and overpriced.

Positive: the garden, optimal for dogs. Fenced.
Negative: No parking for 2 cars when traveling with 2 families. Small refrigerator. Not enough for 5 people, so we had to shop almost every day. The grill is a joke. You put 4 items on it and the 5th person has to wait for the second round. The rooms are very small and one of the rooms has no closet, just a small chest of drawers to put things in. The shower is completely moldy. We don't even need to talk about cleanliness. Dirty, spider webs are hanging everywhere. The toilets smelled of urine when we arrived. I wonder what the cleaning lady is doing here.
It's a shame that you can't post photos here. We were here for 2 weeks with two families. We would not recommend this accommodation. Everything is outdated, worn out, dirty, and moldy, thus the price is not justified. If you want to have a nice vacation, stay away from it and look for something else.

Very beautiful house in a great location.

Very nice house. We were here for the first time and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. You can't see an oven in the pictures, but there is a small external one. We enjoyed it so much with our dog that we will come back again. The key handover also went smoothly.

Feel-good house

I have now been there for the second time with my two dogs. And I would love to vacation in this house again this year. My dogs and I feel very comfortable there. This house provides me with the necessary peace, and as a woman who travels there alone, I feel safe. The house has everything you need and every time I find it hard to leave. Mr. Jachmann always responds immediately when I book and everything else is great too. The house offers plenty of space and the garden is super beautiful, the dogs can also enjoy it. Everything is indeed well fenced. The house is clean and you can feel very comfortable even in bad weather. I am looking forward to having the opportunity to be there again soon. And one more thing, the price is really great. I am in love with Renesse and know it very well, but it's always Beachpark 28. I thank Hugo very much for making the vacation in this house so nice.

Only it wasn't really clean
When you looked up, there were quite a few cobwebs hanging
The interior also needs replacing
Especially the sofas and chair have sagged quite a bit
The location is great, especially for the dog, a beautiful enclosed garden

Autumn holiday

We are not the first time in the Beachpark but the first time in this house and we had a wonderful time in a clean and spacious accommodation. We would like to thank Mr Jachmann again and will book again in the near future.

Sehr schönes Haus

We spent a very nice holiday with 4 people and three dogs in this house. Despite 6 days of continuous rain, we enjoyed our time in the house. Everything was there that you also have at home. The house was clean upon arrival; therefore, we cannot understand some reviews. Our dogs (one of them known as the escape artist) could spend the whole day in the garden without us having to worry that they would run away. We can recommend everyone to rent this house. We will definitely come back next year.

Holiday with 4 people.

This cozy holiday home is spacious enough for 6 people. There is a large, enclosed, sunny garden that offers plenty of privacy. The beds are comfortable, and the house is fully equipped. There is a spacious, lockable storage room for at least 3 bikes. There is also a second refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer. In short, a holiday home worth booking again. Also, a very pleasant email exchange with the owner Hugo Jagtmann. Quick responses to all questions asked every time. The price/quality ratio is more than okay. Highly recommended, especially because of the short distance to the dunes and the sea.

Unfortunately, the photos of the living room are not current, so I was quite shocked to find bulky black leather couches upon my arrival. The accommodation was not cleaned; we were able to agree on a small refund.

The house is in need of regular maintenance.

The location is very good, and the large garden is wonderful for dogs and people.

Spider webs in the cabinets, on the ceiling, under the TV stand, kitchen floor defective, extractor hood defective, blood stains on pillows from the previous guest, dog feces in the previous guest's garden, not recommended garden furniture in the living room, dog hair on living room pillows.

Schöne Unterkunft

Good location, close to the beach. Ideal for a holiday with a dog. Good facilities, spacious. The bathroom is small and unfortunately has limited storage space, otherwise everything is good. Highly recommended for a holiday with a dog.

Beachpark 28

I was looking for accommodation in Renesse at short notice. Mr. Jachmann was a very friendly contact person. Key handover and directions were easy. The accommodation was simply fantastic. I did not expect it to be so beautiful. I spent wonderful hours there. Thank you very much for everything. The price-performance ratio is very reasonable. I would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Beachpark 28

We are in this house for the second time. The proximity to the beach is great, as is the secluded and completely fenced garden. It is very large, and you can sit all day in the sun or the natural shade of the trees and hedges as desired. The terrace door is in two parts and can be opened wide, so you can sit in it like a conservatory in bad weather. We found the house in a very clean condition both times. Mr. Jachmann is always very quick to reach via email if there are any questions. The booking process is very comfortable, Mr. Jachmann is very flexible. The house is located in a very quiet area. Last year, we criticized the old clothes dryer, and Mr. Jachmann promptly purchased a modern model. We are extremely satisfied and have already booked again for next year. Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful week with our 3 dogs at Beachpark 28! We found a clean (!) and well-maintained bungalow. (Therefore, I cannot comprehend Armin W.'s statement). The lovely bungalow is comfortably furnished and even if you have to spend a day inside due to the weather, you won't feel trapped here. The garden is also well-maintained, completely fenced, and definitely escape-proof!! (My dogs find every weak spot). It takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the beach, so you can go to the beach several times a day for a nice walk with the dogs. Shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity. The key handover was completely uncomplicated. A successful holiday!! We packed our things this morning with a heavy heart as the holiday was over too quickly. Thank you, Mr. Jachmann, for this beautiful bungalow. We will gladly come back!

As always very beautiful here.

We have been renting this house for years and always feel comfortable there.
It's like "coming home" :)
The contact with the landlord is very nice, and customer wishes are taken into account.
The key handover is uncomplicated.
Highly recommended with a dog.
Everything you need is available.
Many thanks for allowing us to have a wonderful vacation time again.
We are already looking forward to the next time.

Repeat offender

For the second time we were in Renesse and also for the second time in this holiday home. In the securely fenced garden for our dog, we were able to relax and enjoy the sun. Even in the evening a short walk to the beach to see the stars is feasible. We felt comfortable again. The heating gets warm quickly and everything you need is available. Super nice contact with the landlord, who always has an open ear for questions and generously helps immediately.
When we are in Renesse, we will be happy to come back.

Great location beautiful house

We spent a great week in Renesse, as always. The beautiful holiday home contributed a lot. It was also very relaxing for our little three dogs, as the property is fenced off to prevent escape.
The location of the holiday home is excellent, a good five minutes walk and you are at the beach.

Disappointment

On arrival we noticed serious lack of cleanliness.
Spent a day cleaning.
Returned home early as my wife has a respiratory illness.
The landlord was only partially prepared to compensate for the lack of cleanliness and also held out the prospect of a lawyer. No more there!

if Zeeland, then Beachpark 28

We have been to Zeeland several times and by far found the best accommodation here. Everything is just right. Nothing is beautifully photographed or described in a rosy way, as with some others. Everything is on one level and simply cozy. A dream for dog owners... completely enclosed and escape-proof garden (says two adults and four dogs)... The beach can be reached on foot in 5 to 10 minutes. Our expectations were far exceeded. Great support from the landlord before and after the vacation. . . . we will gladly come back! ! !
