The house is situated in a family park on 10 minutes walking distance from Badesort Renesse, and 14 km from the forest and parkland in Haamstede and Westerschouwen.
From their apartment you can, even in the winter period, free several nature-park visit with wild horses, deer, forests, tourist and cycling paths and viewpoints. The combination of forests, hills, dunes and beach makes the area unique to the Netherlands. In Renesse, there is also a diving school and beautiful diving trips in the Oosterschelde.
It begins when you cross the roads leading towards Zeeland and Renesse: the holiday feeling. The air is a bit salty, the view widens and it places a certain tranquility of the countryside. Feel-good house
I have now been there for the second time with my two dogs. And I would love to vacation in this house again this year. My dogs and I feel very comfortable there. This house provides me with the necessary peace, and as a woman who travels there alone, I feel safe. The house has everything you need and every time I find it hard to leave. Mr. Jachmann always responds immediately when I book and everything else is great too. The house offers plenty of space and the garden is super beautiful, the dogs can also enjoy it. Everything is indeed well fenced. The house is clean and you can feel very comfortable even in bad weather. I am looking forward to having the opportunity to be there again soon. And one more thing, the price is really great. I am in love with Renesse and know it very well, but it's always Beachpark 28. I thank Hugo very much for making the vacation in this house so nice.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad
Alleen het was niet echt schoon
Als je omhoog keek hingen er behoorlijk wat spinnenwebben
Het interieur is ook wel aan vervanging toe
Vooral de banken en stoel zijn behoorlijk doorgezakt
De locatie is super vooral voor de hond een mooie afgesloten tuin

Autumn holiday
We are not the first time in the Beachpark but the first time in this house and we had a wonderful time in a clean and spacious accommodation. We would like to thank Mr Jachmann again and will book again in the near future.

Sehr schönes Haus
Haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit 4 Personen und drei Hunden in diesem Haus verbracht. Trotz 6 Tage Dauerregen haben wir die Zeit im Haus genossen. Alles war da was man auch Zuhause hat. Bei Ankunft war das Haus sauber; können deswegen manche Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Unsere Hunde ( einer davon Ausbrecherkönig auch genannt ) konnten den ganzen Tag in den Garten ohne das wir Angst haben mussten das sie abhauen. Wir können jeden empfehlen dieses Haus zu mieten. Kommen auf alle Fälle nächstes Jahr wieder.

Vakantie met 4 personen.
Deze knusse vakantiewoning is ruim genoeg voor 6 personen. Er is een grote, omsloten, zonnige tuin die volop privacy biedt. Er zijn goede bedden en de woning is van alle gemakken voorzien.
Er is een ruime berging, afsluitbaar, voor zeker 3 fietsen. Er staat ook een 2e ijskast, wasmachine en droger. Kortom een vakantie huis om zeker nog een keer te boeken. Ook een heel prettig mail verkeer met de eigenaar Hugo Jagtmann. Iedere keer een heel snel antwoord op de gestelde vragen. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is meer dan oke. Een aanrader, zeker ook i.v.m. de geringe afstand tot de duinen en de zee.

Leider sind die Fotos des Wohnzimmers nicht aktuell, so dass ich bei meiner Ankunft ziemlich entsetzt war, klobige schwarze Ledercouchen vorzufinden.
Die Unterkunft war nicht gereinigt; wir konnten uns darauf einigen, dass ein kleiner Geldbetrag zurückgezahlt wird.
Das Haus bedarf einer regelmässigen Instandhaltung.
Die Lage ist sehr gut und der große Garten ist für Hunde und Menschen wunderbar.

Schöne Unterkunft
Gute Lage, strandnah. Für Urlaub mit Hund ideal. Gute Einrichtung, geräumig. Das Bad ist klein und hat leider wenig Ablagemöglichkeit, ansonsten alles gut. Für Urlaub mit Hund absolut empfehlenswert.

Beachpark 28
Wir sind zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus. Die Nähe zum Strand ist top, ebenso der nicht einsehbare und rundum eingezäunte Garten. Er ist sehr groß und man kann den ganzen Tag je nach Wunsch in der Sonne oder im Naturschatten der Bäume und Hecken sitzen. Die Terrassentür ist zweiteilig und weit zu öffnen, so dass man bei schlechterem Wetter wie in einem Wintergarten sitzen kann. Wir haben das Haus beide Male in sehr sauberem Zustand angetroffen.Herr Jachmann ist jederzeit sehr schnell per E-Mail erreichbar,wenn es Fragen gibt. Die Buchung ist sehr komfortabel, Herr Jachmann ist sehr flexibel.
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Im letzten Jahr bemängelten wir den in die Jahre gekommenen Wäschetrockner,prompt schaffte Herr Jachmann ein modernes Modell an.
Wir sind super zufrieden und haben für das nächste Jahr bereits wieder gebucht.

Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
Wir hatten mit unseren 3 Hunden eine wunderschöne Woche im Beachpark 28! Wir haben einen sauberen (!) und gepflegten Bungalow vorgefunden. (Von daher kann ich die Aussage von Armin W. nicht nachvollziehen). Der hübsche Bungalow ist urgemütlich eingerichtet und auch, wenn man mal aufgrund des Wetters einen Tag im Bungalow verbringen muss, fällt einem hier nicht die Decke auf den Kopf. Auch der Garten ist gepflegt, komplett eingezäunt und definitiv ausbruchsicher!! (Meine Hunde finden jede Schwachstelle). Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg, so dass man auch mehrfach am Tag zum Strand für einen schönen Spaziergang mit den Hunden gehen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Schlüsselübergabe vollkommen problemlos. Ein gelungener Urlaub!! Schweren Herzens haben wir heute Morgen unsere Sachen gepackt, da der Urlaub viel zu schnell vorbei war. Danke Herr Jachmann für diesen schönen Bungalow. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wie immer sehr schön
Wir mieten dieses Haus bereits seit Jahren und fühlen uns dort immer wohl.
Es ist wie „nach Hause kommen“ :)
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr nett und es wird sehr auf die Wünsche der Kunden eingegangen.
Die Schlüsselübergabe ist unkompliziert.
Mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen.
Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir immer wieder einen schönen Urlaub verbringen können.

Repeat offender
For the second time we were in Renesse and also for the second time in this holiday home. In the securely fenced garden for our dog, we were able to relax and enjoy the sun. Even in the evening a short walk to the beach to see the stars is feasible. We felt comfortable again. The heating gets warm quickly and everything you need is available. Super nice contact with the landlord, who always has an open ear for questions and generously helps immediately.
When we are in Renesse, we will be happy to come back.

Great location beautiful house
We spent a great week in Renesse, as always. The beautiful holiday home contributed a lot. It was also very relaxing for our little three dogs, as the property is fenced off to prevent escape.
The location of the holiday home is excellent, a good five minutes walk and you are at the beach.

Disappointment
On arrival we noticed serious lack of cleanliness.
Spent a day cleaning.
Returned home early as my wife has a respiratory illness.
The landlord was only partially prepared to compensate for the lack of cleanliness and also held out the prospect of a lawyer. No more there!
Answer from Mr. H. Jachmann:
Unseren Ferienhaus wird immer gut sauber gemacht, aber wenn unsere Gäste es nicht sauber genug finden, wegen eine Atemwegserkrankung oder andere schlimme Sachen, können sie die Putzfrau anrufen. Herr Wafzig hat das gemacht, und die Putzfrau ist gleich gekommen und hat alles wieder geputzt bis unsere Gäste zufrieden waren. Am ende die Woche hat Herr Wafzig das Geld vom Endreinigung zurück bekommen. Leider war das nicht genug für Herrn Wafzig.

wenn Zeeland, dann Beachpark 28
Wir waren schon mehrfach in Zeeland und mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft haben wir hier gefunden. Hier stimmt einfach alles.... (es ist nichts schön fotografiert oder rosarot beschrieben, wie bei manch anderen). Alles ebenerdig und einfach nur gemütlich. Für Hundebesitzer ein Traum...komplett eingezäunter und ausbruchsicherer Garten (das sagen zwei Erwachsene und vier Hunde)..... Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuss in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen.
Super Betreuung durch den Vermieter vor und nach dem Urlaub....wir kommen gerne wieder !!!
