Description
Our villa accommodates 8 + 4 guests in one or two week terms from May to September in winter season we rent for min. 2 nights. It is ideal for families and couples who want to relax. The contiguous garden, the clean air, the peace and quiet make our house attractive.
Aqua Villa is located near Siofok, because you can reach the centre and the beach by car in 5 minutes. The enclosed garden and garage offers safe parking for the cars and motorbikes as well.
Beautiful garden, garden furniture at the terrace, umbrella, sunbathing area at the sun terrace, playground for the children (with slide, swing, hammock) offer rest, relaxation for our guests.
The indoor 7*3 metre swimming pool and children's pool are located in the wellness room of the cottage. It can be covered in case of bad weather and heated with a sun battery, so the swimming pool is always usable.
There is air conditioning in the house. The house is equipped with an alarm system.
The house has two floors. In the house there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 living room (with TV), kitchen with dining area and wellness room with the 2 pool,jacuzzi and fitness equipment. The floor area of the house is 200 m2.

Location and surroundings of object
Siofok-Töreki is situated 5 km from Lake Balaton in a quiet, peaceful environment in the nature reserve area. There is no through traffic in the street.
It is ideal for couples and families with children.
The centre and the shore can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
The fishing pond, the well-developed bicycle path, the excursion path, the possibility of horse riding and carriage driving and the wine taverns from here give our guests many possibilities for meaningful rest.

Perfect vacation
The advertisement lives up to its promises, the house is a perfect wellness oasis.
The size of the house, the size of the indoor pool, and the abundance of possibilities still surprised us.
Unfortunately, we had 3 days of bad weather, but we didn't get bored.
We had a warm contact with the landlord, a heartfelt thank you to Moni and Peter.
The only downside is the distance to the beach (approx. 5 km), motorized mobility is a must.
Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our vacation and will definitely come back.
