Description
We offer our renovated and newly möbiliertes House to enjoy your holiday. The ground floor has a modern kitchen with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, egg cooker, adequate dishes, pots and glasses (incl kitchen package. Dish towels, Spültaps, etc.) with a separate dining area ,
The living area consists of a comfortable couch 2er, a wing chair, an armchair, a fireplace and a large TV. From there you get to the terrace and garden with beautiful garden furniture, awning, grill and windshield.
The property is fully fenced with hedges overgrown completion in March 2017

Also on the ground floor one bedroom with a single bed 0,90 x 2,00 m.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs is a bedroom with box spring x m and large wardrobe and TV. The second bedroom has two single beds (box spring) x m, which can be pushed together, if necessary, and set up TV.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in Holiday Park Yperhof directly on a large plot surrounded by tulip fields. You have a parking directly at the house.
The nearby North Sea beach begins behind the imposing dunes. The approximately 40 km long, wide and sandy beach has been honored with the Environmental Award of the EU.
The beach restaurant "Paal 6" is open all year. Julianadorp has a central village square with pharmacy, bank, ice cream shop, a large shopping center (Aldi, Lidl, Deen) and other shops. Cosy restaurants invite you to eat.
In the area there are many attractions. Further information are ready in our house for you.
The golf course and the adventure pool are in the immediate vicinity.

Cancellation terms:

Very beautiful holiday home with a view of the Baltic Sea, equipped with a cozy wood-burning stove.
We had a wonderful week of vacation. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. Our dog immediately felt comfortable in the well-kept garden. The house has everything you need, nothing is missing. It is tastefully decorated and very clean, simply a place to escape from everyday stress. We will definitely come back.

The holiday home is decorated very tastefully and lovingly. We felt comfortable from the first moment. The terrace is sheltered from the wind and also equipped with very nice garden furniture. All around, a real recommendation.

Great holiday home, highly recommended
We spent a great holiday with our two children and our dog at the Ferienhaus Carmen. The house offers plenty of space, is well laid out and equipped. The garden and the sheltered terrace leave nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The contact with the landlady is fast and uncomplicated, as is the rental and key management. We will gladly come back.
