The Elchhöhe log cabin has a great, secluded and absolutely quiet forest and lake location. It also has all the comforts you could wish for. It has 90 sqm of living space, a 40 sqm covered terrace, a tiled bathroom with direct access to the sauna. It also has a great open living area with a modern fitted kitchen, with small but nice extras such as a dishwasher and all the necessary appliances for comfortable self-housing, as well as a wood-burning stove that provides a pleasant cosy feeling on cooler days and evenings. In addition, there are electric radiators in the bedrooms and bathroom. There is also an air heat pump that heats in winter and cools in summer. On the spacious wooden terrace you can start the day relaxed and listen to the birds singing their morning song with a delicious cup of coffee. Here you can escape your stressful everyday life for a short time without noise and hectic and draw strength from the silence and nature. This beautiful holiday home is designed for 4 people. The holiday home can be reached directly by car, the parking space is directly in front of the house.

Location and surroundings of object

This beautiful log cabin is situated by the lake Kiasjön and is the perfect base for your next holiday in beautiful Småland. Fagerhult, the nearest small town, is about 10 minutes away by car
To the cities of Oskarshamn and Växjö it takes about 1 hour by car. The peninsula is approx. 1 sq. km in size and is surrounded by the 200 ha large lake Kiasjön. Elchhöhe is situated directly on this lake about 100 m away without any direct neighbours.
From the terrace you have a very nice view of the lake. You will enjoy the sun all day long on the terrace. A small path leads to the lake, where you will find the boat and bathing jetty belonging to the house. Of course, a rowing boat belongs to the house and can be used for fishing, swimming or for a leisurely tour on the lake.
