Hello from the Bay of Kiel!
With 75 sqm for 3 persons (or 2 adults plus 2 children up to max. 12 years), the newly built and maritime furnished apartment offers everything you need for a nice holiday! In addition, there is the upscale furnishing and a very good, quiet location on the edge of the salt marshes!
Hiking and cycling trails start at the front door and lead directly to the nearby Baltic Sea.
The apartment has a separate entrance with a wide outside staircase and a landing on the gable side
Both bedrooms with double beds (180x200cm & 140 x200cm) and TV ensure a restful sleep. The dressing room as well as an overseas trunk have enough storage space.
Our modern and very well equipped kitchen offers everything you would find at home. The modern shower room and the living areas have floor heating .
From the balcony you can enjoy the sunsets with a view over the salt marshes.
A private reserved parking space for your car belongs to the "Family & Friends" .

Cancellation terms:
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance! In the event of a cancellation/non-start of the trip by the guest, which is not due to our fault, we will charge a processing fee of €50. If the holiday home cannot be re-rented as a result, the following compensation rules apply: If cancellation occurs up to one month before the agreed start of the stay, 50 percent of the travel price is due, for later cancellation or non-appearance, 90 percent of the travel price. The guest reserves the right to prove lesser damage. Taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

You want to move in there!
In the beautiful blue house on the first floor there is a modern and very lovingly furnished flat. High-quality furnishings and TV sets like I have never experienced in any other apartment
We received a very nice welcome and farewell from the friendly landlords
The house is extremely quiet and only a few minutes walk from the beach. We will gladly come back!
