Description
Villa Jaguar has been completely renovated and all the walls and the roof have been very well insulated, which keeps the cool in summer and the warmth in winter.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed with separate mattresses and its own air conditioning, as well as radiators in each of the bedrooms. The living/dining room is comfortably furnished and equipped with SAT/SMART TV, radio via Alexa, and air conditioning. For cooler days in winter, there are radiators and in the living-dining area an additional wood pellet stove provides cozy warmth.
In the shower bath / WC there is a washing machine, towel radiator, and underfloor heating. A veranda invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen has a 4-burner induction stove, a separate oven / grill, a microwave, blender / hand blender, juicer, Senseo coffee pad machine, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. The Villa Jaguar consists of 2 residential units, with the upper apartment reserved for private use and not occupied during rental.
The large palm garden, designed on various levels, invites you to relax. The loungers are ready for your comfort. To cool off, jump into your own pool with a separate paddling pool for the little ones. The shower with hot and cold water is located right next to the pool. You will spend wonderful barbecue evenings at the built-in barbecue with seating area.
The secluded garden with pool and sunbathing areas is reserved exclusively for you.
For heating the pool in winter and during the transitional period, additional electricity costs will be incurred. We ask for your understanding that these costs are to be borne by the tenant.
From June to September, heating the pool is not necessary.

Location and surroundings of object
Our Villa Jaguar is ideal for an individual vacation. It is located in a quiet area by the Montgó nature reserve, the local mountain of Dénia, at the end of a quiet street, and is still only a few minutes by car from the city center of Dénia and the kilometer-long rocky and sandy beach.
In the hinterland, there is a magnificent mountain landscape that invites you to hike and cycle. A visit to the mountain village of Guadalest is almost a "must." At the rocky beach of Les Rotes you can dive into the underwater world of the nature reserve.
Some small delicious restaurants along the promenade from Hotel Dénia towards Les Rotes invite you to stop in.
At the Puerto Deportivo (marina), a gastronomic pier leads out into the sea.
Kilometers of sandy beaches invite you to sunbathe, swim, and jog along the shore.
Dénia and its surroundings have something to offer for every taste.

Quiet accommodation at the foot of Montgo
We spent January 26 here. The house offers the possibility to endure cold days with a pellet heating system. The cleanliness and good equipment of the kitchen are noteworthy. For us and our dog, the house with a fenced property was almost perfect. The only downside is that you always have to go up the hill for a walk in the green and that the sun only shines on the property for 2 hours in January. The pool would theoretically be heatable, but we didn't invest in that.
Everything else was perfect.

At the foot of Montgó
We were guests in this very beautiful villa for 1 week. The apartment is equipped with everything, even a dishwasher and washing machine are not missing. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and offers enough space for at least 4 people. The house itself already makes a very inviting impression from the outside. The actual highlight is the incredibly beautiful garden. Designed in several levels, surrounded by many large palm trees that provide important shade, especially in summer. In the lower area of the property, you reach the great private pool in Mediterranean style. And it is absolutely quiet here. No loud neighbors. All in all, a vacation up here in Denia at the foot of the Montgó mountain is highly recommended. The landlords are also very friendly and contribute greatly to being able to simply enjoy the vacation. A car would be important, by the way, to be flexible in the area.

Gladly again
We were at Villa Jaguar for the second time this year. It has become very beautiful after the renovation. We felt very comfortable right away. The pool and the garden are still very nice, and you can harvest fresh figs daily. Since the property is completely fenced, our dog could move around freely. The garden and pool are cleaned three times a week, so everything is always clean. The on-site support was also very friendly and uncomplicated. The only disadvantage is the way to the house. The road is quite narrow just like the driveway to the property, but once you get the hang of it, you manage it well. We had a great vacation. Thank you very much for that. We will definitely come back.

We spent 3 weeks with our little dog in Villa Jaguar.
For many years, we have been spending our vacation in Spain in various villas with a pool.
We were very excited about Villa Jaguar, as the photos match reality.
The villa is very clean, the beds are very comfortable, the garden is a dream, and the pool is perfect.
Mrs. Ghilardi took care of us very kindly and professionally from the day of our arrival to the day of our departure. We felt completely at ease. We will definitely book Villa Jaguar again!

Dreamlike garden, suitable for families with children and dogs....
We spent two weeks of vacation in Villa Jaguar in September. After we managed the drive to the villa, we were already greeted by "Mrs. Irene." The orientation and walk-through were conducted professionally, and we could take possession of the house. The house is well laid out and equipped. The garden is beautifully designed, and from the pool, you can see the "Montgo" as well as the sea. The property is completely and "dog-proof" fenced; our two furry friends felt very comfortable. We only used the conservatory as a storage space since we had summer vacation. But... everywhere there is light, there is also a small shadow: My wife has real difficulties managing the garden stairs multiple times a day due to arthritis and the resulting mobility limitations; a handrail would have been really helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped. . . . only. . . the coffee machine could use some attention or renewal.
