Casa Emanuela is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche, that was renovated in comfortable and functional style. Set in a dominant position with an extraordinary open view over the wonderful countryside of Le Marche, this accommodation is perfect for holidays with family or friends in a spirit of total relaxation and simplicity, among breathtaking sceneries and close to important historic centres such as the city of Urbino. At the guests’disposal an outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue, a well equipped porch with tables, chairs and sofas for al fresco dinners. The large garden is completed by a panoramic pool with Roman stairs.
The structure is set on two levels. On the ground floor there is a practical kitchen with dining area, a wide living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one with the possibility to add bunk beds, bathroom with shower. Through internal stairs you access the lower floor with double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and laundry area.

FERMIGNANO
Fermignano is a lovely town in the province of Pesaro Urbino, in Le Marche region, at 200 metres above sea level.
This city of Roman origins is set on the left bank of the river Metauro and has a small but significant historic centre, where its wonderful works of architecture come in succession: the high medieval tower of the Militia, the beautiful three-arched bridge that crosses an evocative waterfall. Another monument of great historical importance is the church of St. James in Compostela with its XIV and XV cen. frescoes.
All around, a hill rolling landscape, more rugged and rocky in some points, as for the area of the Furlo Gorge, an oasis of protection for some species of flora and fauna.
Of great popularity in the town of Fermignano was the paper factory commissioned by the Montefeltro, then replaced by a woolen mill and pasta factories, that probably gave the city its industrial trait.
EVENTS AND CURIOSITIES
Every year on the first Sunday after Easter day you can take part to the historic tournament called Palio della Rana (Frog Palio); by the end of the summer, another historical commemoration is celebrated: the XIX cen. Penny-Farthing Grand Prix (Gran Premio del Biciclo Ottocentesco) with street parade and costumes of the epoch.
Fermignano gave also birth to the famous architect and painter Donato Bramante (1444-1514).

Extraordinarily beautiful place
We had to find a place for 3 months, Mar -Jun, because my husband was lecturing at the University of Urbino. I looked at several, and when I first saw this place, it took my. breath away. WOW. Views for over 50 miles, comfortable house, lovely pool, delightful owner Antonio, who could not have done more for us. It is 5 minutes up a rough road from the little town, which has everything you might need, supermarket, restaurants (try El Mascaron for their fab tagliatelle al ragú), a piazza with bars for a cappuccino. We loved every minute and would go back in a heartbeat.

More than promised!
We have been there twice now. It is like a dream. You are high on the mountain as if you were already in heaven. The view is divine! The pool is magnificent! The house is TOP! You never have to go down to the village except to get bread. When I die, I would like to be scattered there.
