Description

Villa Ladonja is a comfortable holiday home with private pool near the Lim Canal. The house was renovated in 2015. On the ground floor there are: kitchen + dining room and living room with fireplace. From the kitchen and living room you reach a covered terrace with table and chairs, in the shade of the century old trees which bear the name "Ladonja". On the ground floor there is a sauna and a bath with a shower. An internal staircase leads to the bedrooms. Two of them have a private bathroom, while the other two rooms have a shared bathroom. The bedroom with double bed has a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and its olive trees. The farm is decorated by a beautiful lush nature and offers a great green hedge with maximum privacy. In the garden, you can prepare a delicious meal with the grill provided, and then refresh yourself in the crystal-clear water of the private pool. Around which there are sun loungers and also offer a children's chair and cot. In the colder daysyou have a sauna wich is included in the price. Suitable for a relaxing holiday in pure nature.

Location and surroundings of object

Villa Ladonja is located in the village of Maras, near Vrsar, and Lim Kanal. In only 10 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of the Tousist town Porec. Vrsar is known as the naturist center of Istria, which is visited by many guests. There is plenty of good kitchens. The foot of the Lim channel is completely occupied with well-known fish restaurants. Nearby there are many marked cycle paths, wine roads and roads with olive trees that enrich your holiday. Enjoy your holiday in its own way.

Pure relaxation

We stayed in the villa for a fortnight with our little daughter (15 months), grandparents and uncle and still have fond memories of our stay. Long cosy evenings outside, barbecues, swimming in the pool or just sleeping in the pleasantly cool house with mosquito net (!). Shops and beautiful places to visit are also nearby.
We would like to thank the host family again, who were always very nice and accommodating!!!
