Description
FIRST FLOOR. The house with a water view, with private access to the water in Cammin Bay.
An area where you can completely relax and unwind. Nature reserve: Natura 2000.
In a beautiful, peaceful Pomeranian landscape with a water connection to the Baltic Sea.
A holiday for nature and water lovers without the usual noise. The calm and very shallow waters invite you to swim, fish and boat.
A house with water view.
Available for rent all year round, also in the early or late season, in the autumn holidays and the Christmas holidays. Suitable for singles as well as couples or families with children.
In the Azalla holiday home, the ground floor and the upper floor are rented out.
(There is a separate Azalla advertisement for the ground floor)
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms.
All rooms have a shower and WC, as well as a radio and TV with German channels.
- One bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and the shower room.
- Two bedrooms with a balcony, a double bed, and an extra bed on request
Also: A kitchen-living room with a gas cooker as well as a refrigerator and a dining table.
The flat on the ground floor: with a kitchen, with 2 bedrooms, one of which has a direct connection to the bathroom (shower and bathtub), a large living room with fireplace, a total of 140 m². The ground floor also has a terrace with a view of the water.
Each room is furnished differently and has its own character. But you should convince yourself of that.
We provide bicycles for trips into the countryside. There is also a pedal boat and a paddle boat available free of charge.
There is a playground with a swing, a sandpit, a ping-pong table, a small pool (pool from June).
All at no extra cost.
A visit (for a fee) to our SAUNA provides a soothing treat for body and soul.

Location and surroundings of object
The small village of Polchowo is located near the cities Wolin and Kamien Pomorski (German Cammin in Pomerania) on the Dziwna (Dievenow).
Over the Dziwna the village has a good water connection to the city Kamien Pomorski and the Baltic Sea, in the south to Wolin and to the Stettiner Haff. The town of Kamien Pomorski, which has a population of around 9,000, is a popular health resort because of its healing climate and the iodine, bromine and chlorine-containing brine springs as well as the moors. Wolin, on the other hand, was known for the annual Viking Games.
The small village of Polchowo has 10 houses.
Polchowo is located directly on the Dziwna. Surrounded by water, fields, meadows and forest. On the other side lies the island of Wolin, and near the so-called bird island, which was taken over by cormorants. You will be able to observe not only cormorants, but also other waterfowl such as wild boars, ducks, cranes, gray herons and swans. There are 48 bird species in this conservation area. And if you're lucky, you can see the whole elk family in the evening.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 61 days before the arrival date.
You will receive a refund of half of the deposit amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 60 days before the scheduled check-in. If cancellations are made less than 60 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund. However, you can use the deposit for your vacation with us at a later date.

Rest and relaxation! Nature
The owners were very helpful when you asked them something; the house was clean, comfortable, everything necessary was provided to start a wonderful vacation, we were on the upper floor, with a balcony overlooking nature, and in the evening you could see a beautiful sunset on the wooden terrace opposite the harbor, almost every evening! The location is very nice, quiet, in nature, but Wi-Fi is available if needed. For shopping, the city of Kamien Pomowski is available a few kilometers away. We would always come back if our time allows us!

Very nice accommodation to feel good
The other comments speak for themselves, so I won't list everything now. The flat is large and furnished to a high standard, we didn't miss anything. We were able to relax well here and even when it rained all day, it was no problem, we spent the day in the flat or used the sauna and in the evening, when the rain was over, we went out on the lake with the pedal boat, just in front of the property, beautiful with the sunset. You can also spend time with children in the outdoor area of the holiday home, if there is nothing to do at the moment: sandpit, swing, pool, deckchairs, dogs, sauna
We went to the Baltic Sea beach more often, of course, but there is also a dinosaur park for children on the way there with lots of play equipment such as bouncy castles, climbing course for small children, slides etc., the children were thrilled.
So a very clear holiday recommendation! Many thanks to the landlords! We will definitely come back again.

Wonderful holiday home
If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. The beautiful holiday flat on the 2nd floor is large, very nicely furnished and very clean. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, which we liked very much, as we were here with our grown-up children. On the balcony you can sit nicely and have breakfast. The large fridge has an icebox, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and mini-grill - everything you need is there. Boat, pedal boat and bicycles can be used free of charge. You can park your car in the lot right by the house. The landlords are very friendly, speak German and take care of your needs immediately. We booked at short notice and communication with the landlord was very uncomplicated, great directions included. It is a bit of a drive to the Baltic Sea (approx. 25 min. by car), but we were always very happy to return from the crowded tourist areas to tranquil Polchowo in the evening. Kamien Pomorski and Wolin are nice little towns nearby, where you can also eat out very well and cheaply. We liked it very much and can highly recommend the accommodation!

Who is looking for peace and relaxation, is in the right place here !!!
The lovingly furnished holiday home with 2 spacious apartments is located on a spacious and well-kept estate in a secluded, idyllic location with a great view of the Bodden, including supervision by the two faithful dogs.
Everything you need for a successful holiday is available. The landlords are very helpful and assist with any problem. During the current peak travel season, we were very happy to be able to return from the crowded Baltic Sea coast, which is easily accessible by car, to this fantastically quiet spot!

Pure relaxation
Top communication, the house including the entire garden area is well maintained, large, spacious, lots of space. Hosts were available to us at any time if help was needed. Perfect location for a quiet holiday with pure nature and above all peace. We will definitely come back, we have already recommended it :)

We are usually at the weekend in Połchowo. Our staff Mr. Wojtek can get you fresh BIO products, like eggs, milk and a very good white cut cheese, directly from the farm. The bread as well as the rolls you get in a small shop in Dusin, about km away, 10 min. by bicycle. Larger shopping possibilities are on the way to the Baltic Sea, in Kamień Pomorski. You can get fresh fish in a fishing port in Dziwnow We look forward to you Alicja and Zenon
