The bungalow "Domek Kukul" is located on a 1500 m² fenced plot, directly on the water.
You can also rent the same house from our neighbours next door.
An area where you can completely relax and unwind. Nature reserve: Natura 2000.
In a beautiful, quiet Pomeranian landscape with a water connection to the Baltic Sea.
The Baltic Sea beaches are 20-30 minutes away by car.
A holiday for nature and water lovers without the usual noise. The calm and very shallow waters invite you to swim, fish and boat.
Suitable for singles as well as couples or families with 2 children.
Dogs are welcome.
On the ground floor there is a pull-out sofa, 140 cm wide, an open kitchen and a shower room with a toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, an induction hob and a fridge. There is a TV with German channels.
The first floor with two single beds is suitable as a children's room.
The conservatory offers a beautiful view of the Dziwna River.
If you open the sliding gate, you come directly to the shore with a small beach and a jetty (from June)
A paddle boat is available (from June)

Location and surroundings of object
The small village of Kukułowo is located near the towns of Wolin and Kamien Pomorski (called Cammin in Pomerania) on the Dziwna(Dievenow).Via the Dziwna the village has a good water connection to the town of Kamien Pomorski and the Baltic Sea, in the south to Wolin and the Szczecin Lagoon. Kamien Pomorski, which has about 9000 inhabitants, is a popular health resort because of its healing climate and the iodine-, bromine- and chlorine-containing brine springs as well as the moors. Wolin, on the other hand, became famous for the annual Viking Games event.
Our property is located directly on the Dziwna River. Surrounded by water, fields, meadows and forest. On the other side of the river is Wolin Island, and nearby is the so-called Bird Island, which was taken over by cormorants. You will be able to observe from close range not only cormorants but also other water birds such as wild geese, ducks, cranes, gray herons, white egrets, as well as swans.

relaxing vacation
We felt very well taken care of by the landlords. Very nice and pleasant interaction. Our four-legged friend also really enjoyed it. Lots of space to romp around and the highlight: daily swimming with Mom.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig...
Lage ruhig...Anfahrt schlecht... Organisation eher nicht so gut...Betten müssten mal überprüft werden.

Who loves solitude
Those who are looking for peace and quiet will find it in the small, cozy holiday cottage. Great view from the conservatory, which can be opened wide in good weather, overlooking the lake. We had our 14-year-old granddaughter and our dog with us. It was too boring for our granddaughter. The dog felt comfortable in the generously fenced property. We clicked on the recommendation "no" because the house is simply too far away from shopping, restaurants, and the Baltic Sea.

Ja, ich bestätige: zum Glück gibt es in der Nähe keinen Einkaufscenter.
Das ist ein Naturschutzgebiet "Natura 2000"
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in einem Dorfladen 1,5 km entfernt, mit den frischen Brötchen und allem, was man braucht.
Nach Wolin oder Kamien Pomorski sind es 15-20 Autominuten.
Und ich rate allen ab diesen ruhigen Platz zu buchen, die wie Sie hier einen Ort zum Einkaufsbummeln erwartet haben.

Relaxation right by the lake
We could enjoy our stay very much thanks to the great location and friendly welcome. The small but nice cottage with a direct view of the lake invites you to linger thanks to its large window front. Our dog Kurt could bask in the sun on the lounger. My partner was able to use the jetty for fishing and I liked the nature and the short drive (about 20 minutes by car) to the sea. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend the holiday home, surrounded by a sea of yellow flowers. ☀️
Next time, hopefully we will have better luck with the weather. Rain and thunderstorms are not nice anywhere.
Neighbours and rental were super friendly and very helpful. :)

Beautiful small house by the water.
We spent a great week in the small house by the water. The house was clean and well equipped. Our dogs felt comfortable, the property is completely fenced, which is important for dog owners. The hostess is very friendly. We can only recommend the house !!!

Pure nature
Very quietly situated property. Unsuitable for senior citizens and families with children, but ideal for young couples with or without dogs. You should therefore leave your bike at home
Very nice neighbours who were very helpful and speak good German.

Erholung pur!
Wir waren zu 2., Freunde in separaten Zimmern, ein oben, eins unten. Süße Küche mit Indunktionsherd. Haus war klein, aber gemütlich. Großes Grundstück direkt am Fluss, incl. Schwäne. Kleines Trettboot war dabei. Sehr ruhig, man konnte sich wunderbar erholen. Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend, konnten auch gut deutsch, im Falle des Falles sind immer Nachbarn da. Himmlische Ruhe.
Zur Ostsee ca. 20min mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dino-Markt ca. 5km entfernt.

Ein Traum
