Holiday home Ola & Pit consists of the main house and an adjoining unit on the upper floor.
The main house is connected to the upstairs unit via a spacious upstairs corridor, or separated as needed. Therefore, this area, called the south area of the villa, is suitable for two friendly families or a large family of 8 people. This area can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 people. The large volume of the house generally offers a very pleasant indoor climate in summer.
The living room on the ground floor with open kitchen (90 m², height up to 7.0 m) is connected over the entire length of the living room with a large terrace and the garden, where a hammock (for afternoon naps) and a barbecue (for dinner on the terrace) are available.
The bedrooms have a height of 2.5 - 4.0 m, cross ventilation, cooling via fans and air conditioning. Each bedroom has a balcony
or terrace the width of the room. Two of the four bedrooms have a minibar with refrigerator.
Each bedroom has satellite TV, mosquito net canopy, sliding wardrobe, etc. All bedrooms are protected from direct sunlight, but do not have continuous blackout measures.
The large bathroom upstairs has a large washstand and two recessed sinks in the vanity unit, two mirrored wall units under two large skylights, bathtub with movable glass splashback and toilet facilities.
The shower room on the upper floor has a washstand with a recessed washbasin in the vanity unit, a mirrored wall unit under a skylight, a glass shower cubicle and a toilet.
The separate toilet facility on the upper floor has a wash hand basin under a skylight. Thus, all sanitary facilities on the upper floor are provided with plenty of light and air.
The gallery on the upper floor (21 m², height 3.0 - 4.5 m) is directly connected with a shaded terrace (12 m²) and this further with a sunny terrace in the roof area (12 m²). The terrace in front of the two rooms on the ground floor has 14 m².
In the garden there is a watering place with a solar shower, surrounded by large plants (oleander and pitonosporum) for comfortable showering until the evening hours.
Villa Ola & Pit is suitable for guests who value the quality of the space and its aesthetics, who appreciate the direct contact with the lush, rustic nature around them, and who are looking for direct access to the sea and the beach.

Location and surroundings of object
Istria, the largest peninsula in the Adriatic, remembers with their landscape and the lush vegetation of Tuscany in Italy.
Rovinj is the most beautiful and famous towns of Istria, even 'small Saint Tropez " called, is very easily accessible from all parts of Europe (1 hour from Trieste or 6 hours of Munich by car, or about 2 hours by speed- boat from Venice).
Rovinj, a former fishing village on a peninsula, south of the largest strait in the Adriatic, called "Lim Fjord", with many bays and 7 small islands around the town, attracts with its ancient architecture, a famous artist colony in the streets of old town, large forests and parks up to shore, as well as 2 navies in place, every year many visitors.
For a stroll in the historic town of Rovinj it's only 2,5 km (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike, or 15 minutes by taxi- boat from the beach).
The villa itself is designed according to the guidelines of the biology, brand new 2004. It is a quiet location, daytime agile by the beach, very quiet at the night. A small island, just in front off the beach, called "Figarola",invites directly for a day- trip by boat.
The necessary supply of fresh food is to get daily in a market, about 120 meters from the house.
In the immediate vicinity on the beach there are several small restaurants, which are open until 24 h. The use of a car is not required.
