The beautiful Villa Mugeba I I is located in a beautiful small village Mugeba near Poreč. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and offers plenty of space for a pleasant holiday. Mugeba I is located just 2km from the beautiful beaches. The villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a the ground floor is the large living room with the kitchen and dining table. From the living room you have an exit to the pool and the terrace where you can also grill with your friends and family. On the first floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The farm is pleasantly furnished with garden furniture, barbecue, terrace with sun loungers and sun umbrella next to a large private pool on the sunny side and of course a private car park also offers you like free Wi-fi in the house. The nearest town is within 4km of the house. Restaurants, markets and shops are available without the use of a car. Nearby is a water park Aquacolors Porec, which will delight the youngest and the adults. The nearest beaches, tennis courts, surfing, ski lift, horse riding are located in the blue and green lagoon (Plava i Zelena Laguna). Visit Poreč, an unforgettable city with a rich cultural heritage, which can be reached by car or by a small train.

Pješćana uvala is situated just a few kilometers from Pula. The location was named due to the sand beach that dominates between two peninsulas. Many restaurants and bars are located along the coast rich of different types of beaches (pebble, concrete between lager rocks). The main bay boasts numerous restaurants, two of which are the leading in Croatia. They have been included in all gastronomic guides. Pješcana Uvala offers a true gastronomic experience. The center of the town of Pula is only 5 min. by car from the location.
