My in-laws, my husband, my daughter, and my dog wanted to take a vacation in this holiday home. Since there was no response to my booking inquiry, my husband called again personally. We were told that the house would be much too small for 4 adults, a baby, and a dog, so I wonder why the house is advertised for 6 people. Ms. Bollmann then told us that she would have to discuss it with her parents and would get back to us the next day. That has NOT been done by you until today.

Very beautiful holiday home
I was able to spend a wonderful vacation in the holiday home in Damp, it is very nicely furnished, everything a woman needs is available. Breakfast in the morning on the terrace and in the evening comfortably on the armchair or sofa to wind down the beautiful day. Quiet, clean, beautiful, and relaxing.

Trouble after 3 months
I booked the house from 14. 10. 19 to 19. 10. 19.
It was great that dogs were allowed, which turned out to be a hassle later. The dogs damaged the sofa and armchairs, so they are probably no longer usable. I received a letter about this after 3 months by registered mail. In the subsequent phone call, it was simply dismissed by Ms. B.
The house was found upon arrival with hair in the bathroom, a dusty floor, dead flies on the windowsill, and expired food. I removed these without mentioning a word of complaint. The "damaged" furniture was already there upon arrival. Wi-Fi also constantly failed. Lawyers have now been involved to clarify the legal situation.
