Large south-facing balcony with a view of the Breithorn 4165m, which is snow-covered even in summer, and the Klein Matterhorn 3883m.
After skiing or hiking, the indoor pool or sauna in the complex are available – indoor pool and wellness area are under renovation until the end of July 2026. Since these are located three buildings away from House A (apartment), no disturbance is to be expected; the noisy work already took place from August to November last year. In terms of price, there is a 5% discount until the end of July because guests cannot use them.
Also nearby is a bathing lake with barbecue and playgrounds and a much-praised golf course.
Suitable for ski holidays in winter and hiking holidays in summer. Summer skiing on the Theodul Glacier in Zermatt.
Extra service in winter: the train to and from Zermatt stops several times a day near the complex for guests.

The typical Valais village of Täsch is located in the sunny canton of Valais, in the Mattertal, at 1449 m above sea level, about 6 km north of the tourist metropolis of Zermatt. You will reach our flat in the holiday complex 'Monte Rosa' shortly after entering the village of Täsch.
The Täschbach and the Matter Vispa flow through the village. Täsch has beautiful hiking trails with views of the 26 four-thousand-metre peaks all around - this mountain panorama is a unique experience. The beautifully laid out Europaweg trail leads from Grächen to Zermatt via the Täschalm. It passes several mountain huts, so that you can walk it in stages (ascent possibilities to several four-thousand-metre peaks).
A magnificent mountain panorama can also be experienced with the Gornergratbahn or the many mountain railways from nearby Zermatt. Zermatt with its Alpine Centre, Alpine Museum, sightseeing flights with Air Zermatt, glacier grotto on the Klein Matterhorn and much more has an indescribable charm.

Täsch is a typical Valais village where a piece of nature becomes an experience. From Täsch, the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn takes you in 10 minutes to Zermatt, the car-free world health resort at the foot of the Matterhorn. Golf: 9-hole Randa-Täsch golf course in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous tourist metropolis of Zermatt. The golf course of the Golf Club Matterhorn is situated near the holiday resort 'Monte Rosa', in the valley at 1400 m. above sea level between the two villages of Randa and Täsch. The golf course is laid out in two different terrain chambers on both sides of the river Vispa. The course is practically level and therefore easy to walk. Pentecost in Zermatt
We had a wonderful Pentecost week in Zermatt. The base station was the Monte Rosa apartment complex; the quite large indoor pool and the good caretaker service are pleasant; the shuttle station can be reached in a 5-minute walk.
The apartment itself has an excellent location, it is well-equipped and very well-maintained; everything necessary is available.
We are extremely satisfied and will book it again at the next opportunity.

Wonderful holiday flat near Zermatt
We stayed in this beautiful holiday flat for the third time. It was once again a wonderful Switzerland holiday. The flat is in excellent condition, everything you need for a short holiday is there. Check-in and check-out went without a hitch. The tourist tax of CHF 3 per person per day is fine, paying this to Mrs Lovric was no problem. We have already recommended the flat to friends, whether for summer or winter holidays. The surroundings are beautiful and shopping in Täsch is enough, a trip to Visp or Brig is just a shopping pleasure in addition. We will be happy to come back.

Our first holiday in Switzerland
We rented the flat of the Schmidt family for one week. The flat with balcony is integrated into the apartment complex so that you have a chocolate view of the mountains. (Illuminated mountain peaks in the evening) It is about a 15-minute walk to the centre of the village where the shops and the train station are. As Täsch is surrounded by mountains, the sun sets behind the mountains quite soon, even in summer. The underground car park belonging to the flat is ideally situated near the flat so that it is only a short walk from the car park to the lift and from there to the flat on the 4th floor.
Marina and Josip, who have been looking after the complex for decades, give you a very friendly welcome and introduce you to the facilities. They keep everything spotlessly clean and in good condition. Garage, corridors and everything is exemplary clean.
The bedroom is equipped with a large four-piece wardrobe and has enough space to store the clothes etc. that you have brought with you. The living room with open kitchen has plenty of seating and storage. The kitchen is very well equipped so you can cater for yourself. Bringing a multiple plug might be a good idea.
The bathroom with bathtub is big enough, the storage possibilities are sufficient, but the lighting could be better as it has no window. The balcony is a great place to end the day.
The flat is kept in good condition as the owners also spend their holidays here. Everything is comfortably furnished, and importantly, as the owners live in Germany, you can easily save the transfer fees for Switzerland when transferring money.
The swimming pool is probably getting on in years but the large pool and 28° water temperature compensate for this. As you could read, this is an honest report and I can only recommend this flat to you

Beautiful apartment with good equipment and a large balcony with a magnificent view. In the on-site swimming pool or sauna, you can relax wonderfully after an eventful hike or bike ride. We parked the car in the underground garage and didn't need it for the whole week, as you can hike, cycle, shop, and eat out from the house. Even before our stay, we had excellent communication with the landlady regarding hiking trails, events, etc., or any other questions. We had a wonderful week that we will definitely repeat!!! Why choose accommodation in Täsch near Zermatt ? We have always spent our holidays in the mountains with our children. This is the best place for us to switch off from everyday life and regenerate. The mountains around Täsch and Zermatt have a special charm because there are still many hiking trails that are not very frequented despite the beautiful view. Our children and grandchildren also enjoy the many ski slopes in Zermatt with their different levels of difficulty. What makes this accommodation unique ? We were particularly taken with this wonderful view from the flat and the south-facing balcony. It was love at first sight! The indoor swimming pool was a paradise for our children, but also for us it is always a nice end after the hikes.
