On the site of a former estate in a quiet location you will find this beautiful holiday home. It is back connected to the former farm buildings of the court and the youngest of now 4 holiday quarters on the spacious yard area on the outskirts of Esquibien. The friendly owners live in the main house. The house has been restored and furnished with great skill and attention to detail. The special issue is the establishment of this house in the 50s; "Made on Alt" next to the ceramic floor testify numerous decorations, pictures and accessories from this period. The house has an enclosed, beautifully landscaped garden and a terrace with garden furniture, 2 loungers and barbecue. The area is ideal for a versatile holiday; the lively harbor town of Audierne with shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches is about 2 km, the "Pointe du Raz" with its stunning coastal scenery about 15 km away. There is a bicycle rental 500 m, beaches, sailing, fishing and tennis within just over 2 km, riding 5 km. Nearest supermarket about 1 km.
