A holiday home for beach lovers in popular residential area of Hossegor between the lake "Lac Marin d` Hossegor" and the Atlantic Ocean. You just cross the beach road, go through the dunes and are already on the sea! The well-kept cottage offers a pleasant, good living comfort. The completely consistent furnishing in the maritime colors white and blue, pretty accessories, dark timbers, and a good mechanical equipment provide on about 85 sqm the right holiday atmosphere. The detached house itself is connected only through the carport of the neighbors with the house next door. There are two wooden terraces in South and South West with outdoor lounge furniture, sun umbrella, 2 chairs and a natural state, mostly enclosed land with little grass and much sand, bordered by a grassy dune.
Entrance into the small hall. Throughout the house ceramic floor, whitewashed walls, white ceilings with beams. Large living lounge with integrated kitchen area, bright and friendly, contrast through the open ceiling structure with dark bars, patio doors to the front and side terrace. In the living area in front of the modern fireplace is a cozy, blue and white checkered sofa, coffee table, nice dresser, bookshelves. In the dining area a beautiful dining table with matching chairs, china cabinet. Well equipped kitchen, easily separated by a semi-high cabinet element. 3 pretty bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, quilts: 2 x 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm) / 2 single beds (90 cm). Lovely shower bath in bleu and white, dark ceiling beams: brick shower, double sink. WC separately.
Amenities: satellite TV (dt programs.), WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, electric heating, 2 parking spaces. Extras: utilities included. Tourist tax, deposit.

On the nearby beach "Plage Naturiste" you can experience only extensive bathing, walks and surfing with luck one of the highlights of the season in Hossegor: In harmonious conditions sometimes runs are held here for Surf World Cup. The center of Hossegor with shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and post about 1,900 m.
