The fully equipped with all comfort, 4 bedroom dream villa is situated only 800 meters from the port of Agios Georgios, Paphos region, Coral Bay and about 800 m from the small sandy beach ........ You have your own large swimming pool and many niches in the house, because Villa Gardenia is on two floors. The intersting old town of Paphos is just 20 minutes with a car and in about 5 minutes you reach Coral Bay and Pegeia. You will find taverns, and some nearby.

Location and surroundings of object

All rooms have air-conditioning (central heating for any cooling time in the winter), 2 large bathrooms are available, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. Large living room with satellite TV. There are also travel beds, baby cots, high chairs ... on request. The area next to the small fisher harbour is unspoilt and georgeous. Typical Cypriot hospitality dominates everyday life in this region, small fish restaurants by the sea invite you to lick and enjoy. From the airport Paphos it takes about 40 minutes to reach the villa.

Cancellation terms:

In the event of a cancellation from 12 weeks before the arrival date, the villa owners charge cancellation fees, as the villa cannot be rented out to someone else thereafter. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended and beneficial. On request, you can also rent a car from/to the airport. There are no cancellation fees for car rentals in the event of a cancellation.

The house is remarkably well maintained and has a unique location, very close to the sea. They reach the sea in less than 5 minutes. Prices per week from December to Februar 2012: 600 Euro.
March 2012: 800 Euro.
April 2012: 950 Euro.

The use of air conditioning / heating is an extraa and costs 6 Euro per device, per daz.
