Our two 90 m2 holiday flats are spacious, decorated in warm colours and have a very open feel due to their high, sloping ceilings. On the 15 m2 veranda there is a 6-seat dining table and enough space to read in a recliner. The same view of your garden seating area with pool & exotic plants makes you want to splash around or just relax. The living room has an integrated, very well equipped kitchen with a round dining table facing two windows. The stereo system and the TV have a satellite antenna with English, German & Swiss channels. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are stable with orthopaedic mattresses & there is enough space in the built-in wardrobes to store everything you need. The terracotta tiles are warm yellow, the wardrobes cherry wood coloured. & Linen changes once a week are free of charge. You only have to bring your own beach towels. Banana plantations, olive and citrus groves, lush exotic plant growth, combined with a constant view of the sea characterise Kissonerga on the west coast of Cyprus. Here you will find friendly people, clear, clean sea, beautiful beaches, 340 days of sunshine a year, cosy tavernas, shopping facilities and of course the daily sunset in the sea. Kissonerga is an ideal base for many day trips. The holiday flat is located in a single-family house quarter in the village. Situated 100 m above the main road in a side cul-de-sac, it ensures a very quiet location. The beach is 800 m away and easily accessible on foot via a side street. 5 km to the northwest is the famous Coral Bay. A few kilometres further on begins the Akamas Peninsula, the largest nature reserve in Cyprus with its large, secluded and deserted beaches. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for sporting or cultural-historical activities.

Do not forget that Cyprus is worth a trip in the winter months. The temperatures are much milder, daily sunshine is almost guaranteed and the nature that is dusty and dry in the summer shows in the winter, green and blooming in all colors. Air fares are much cheaper in the winter than in the summer - so why not benefit from it and escape the winter blues?

Super nice holiday apartment in a quiet area and very friendly landlords.
Gabi and Nicolas are a Swiss/Cypriot, multilingual (English, French, German, Greek) super nice couple who always have an open ear for the guests' problems and are also very concerned about the well-being of the guests. The house, which is inhabited by Gabi and Nicolas themselves, is located in a quiet side street that is a cul-de-sac. The house also has a beautiful pool, sun loungers, seating areas, and a gas grill that can be used by the guests. Upon our arrival, a tour of the holiday apartment was conducted with us, and everything necessary was explained. The very beautiful holiday apartment (as described on the homepage or holiday apartment), we had Apartment A, which was lovingly decorated and equipped with fresh flowers, fruit, and drinks upon our arrival. Around the corner, there was a small supermarket where you could stock up on some groceries for the time being. Restaurants and bars are also located nearby. There was a parking space for the rental car on the property, which was secured by a gate and a dog. By the way, there are two family pets, a dog and a cat, that we grew fond of during the four weeks. Every time we left our apartment in the morning, the two of them were already at the door to greet us and demand their cuddles; the same happened when we returned from our day trips.
The location of Kissonerga is perfect for day trips to the surrounding beaches, attractions such as the Edro III shipwreck, Akamas Gorge, Lara Beach, Agia Napa, Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos, Pissouri, Troodos Mountains, Omodos, Vouni, monasteries, and sunken churches. s. w. an.
Everything is easily accessible with the rental car, sometimes it would be sensible to rent a quad or an off-road vehicle as the roads/trails are often quite adventurous.

Wonderful holidays in Kissonerga!
The apartment is very confortable and situated very well. It is close to the beach and everything you need.
The swimming-pool just downstairs is really a joy!
Gabi is here if you need anything. She helps us to find a doctor when needed, and give us some advices about restaurants and place to visit.
When we arrived at the apartment, she had put some local cheese, fruits and drinks into the fridge, it's really lovely! Thank you for everything, Gabi!!

Highly recommended!
We had 2 very pleasant weeks in the spacious flat at the end of November; well-equipped, well-maintained and supplied with all the ingredients for a first breakfast, we immediately felt at home. Unfortunately, we didn't try out the pool and the barbecue because of the time of year. Maybe we will do that later:)
The flat is centrally but quietly located in the centre of the village with nice restaurants and a grocery shop. Polis is easy to reach by bus, and the sea is a 15-minute walk through orange and banana fields.
All in all: highly recommended!
