Our vacation home "Ella" has two separate apartments, which we have equipped and furnished for you with great attention. There is no mass tourism!
We guarantee peace, relaxation and privacy. Your vacation is not disturbed by loud traffic noise even from passing passersby.
This stunning apartment for 4 people with perfect features surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, 120 m2 of living space and a beautiful, large terraces all the amenities you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The apartment is spacious and has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with bath and shower, a superbly equipped kitchen, a living room with WI-FI, satellite TV, DVD and an intimate covered terrace, which allows a whole day stay.
The apartment is well maintained and in top condition.
Sheets and towels are available in sufficient numbers.
An on-site parking and a barbecue in the garden are available for free.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on a quiet street with no through traffic, loud bars or cafes. The wonderful Mediterranean climate and the quiet location of our holiday home is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The convenient location of the house you can reach the beach in five minutes. Shops are located in the immediate vicinity. The promenade stretches at the port as well as many small alleys in the old town with numerous restaurants, cafes, taverns, ice cream parlors and shops are just a 10-15 minute walk.
Biograd na Moru is an ideal starting point for excursions and sightseeing, but also for a relaxing beach vacation with children.
Three interesting national parks offer themselves from Attractions:
of Kornati National Park, a boat trip to a bizarre island world,
the Krka National Park, known for its water cascades with unique fauna and flora,
and of lying in the Velebit National Park Paklenica, ideal for hiking and climbing.
The historic towns of Zadar, Sibenik and Split with its magnificent ancient buildings be interested in culture vacationers not be neglected.
Even for active vacationers Biograd has plenty to offer: tennis, diving, horse riding, biking, hiking, snorkeling, sailing are just some activities from the offer.

Beautiful
A domicile that is worth every kuna. If you are on holiday in Croatia, this is the place to be.
The location is top. Central and yet quiet. 5 minutes to the beach and the town. A wonderful terrace invites you to relax and unwind.
The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. From there we explored the beautiful Croatia. The Hodzic family are great open and friendly hosts. Helpful, polite and familiar.
And they are always available in German.
The own vegetable garden invites you to cook with fresh ingredients.
Conclusion: Simply wonderful.
