If you want to spend your time in Croatia, in a very beautiful, newly built and charming villa, Villa Orbanici is the right choice for you. The villa is located in a quiet place Orbanići.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen, terrace and a private micro massage swimming pool (10 x 4 meters.)
The villa is distributed over 1000sqm area, and the house has an area of 200 square meters.
The living room has access to the outdoor pool and terrace. The rooms are very nicely decorated and the bathrooms consists of shower cubicles.
In the garden there is a micro-massage swimming pool for relaxation, children's playground and a barbecue with which you can enjoy in the evening and a glass of wine.

Location and surroundings of object

Vodnjan is located in the south-west of Istria and is a traditional medieval town which has been in the last decades especially for olive trees and world class olive oil producers. Some of you should definitely visit during your stay and taste the Istrian pride. The place is suitable for both family and active holidays. Vodnjan is less than 10 minutes' drive from the beaches, but is quieter than it is for its great location near the Istrian Y (expressway), near Bale and Rovinj in the one direction and the fishing village Fažana and the biggest city of the peninsula Istria. Pula, in the other direction. Some of the villas with pool around Vodnjan also offer views of Brijuni National Park, a popular destination for the peninsula. Vodnjan is not only ideal for the summer holiday, but also in the spring and autumn very recommendable, especially if the Istrian kitchen has won dear.

The weekly rental rate is ALL INCLUSIVE and includes:

* 7 nights accommodation, initial cleaning, laundry ( linen, towels), pool maintenance, garden maintenance, water, electricity, tourist tax, registration fee, internet access.

* A security deposit of EURO at check-in is required which is to be returned on departure if there are no damages on the property.

* Extra charge for pets EUR per pet per week.

Payment

Down payment of 30% upon reservation. The 70% balance must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival or paid cash on arrival.

Cancellation terms:

Croatia 2021/22 Free Cancellation Corona Full Refund exceptional cancellation conditions! You will receive a full refund if you decide to cancel dues to border closures at the time of your cancellation request up to 30 days before your holiday starts. In the event of border closures up to 29 days before your vacation begins, the agency is obligated to issue a voucher for the amount paid by the traveler. - The traveler must use this voucher within 18 months from the date of issue of the voucher for the originally booked accommodation. - If the originally booked accommodation is not available at the desired time, there is an option to switch to an alternative accommodation. - New accommodations must be in the same price range as originally booked. * Only valid for new bookings from (01.01.2021) without a voucher or discount code The FREE COVID-19 cancellation conditions apply to all bookings until September 30, 2022, for stays from April 1, 2021, to October 31, 2022.
